My first preference was vicinity to temple and this property is just aside. Room is exceptionally clean with neat toilet and clean towels. I found everything fine here. Value for money and I strongly recommend.

The room is beautiful and clean with private outside space, the location is quiet (waking up with the sound of birds) and the surroundings are simply stunning (we came by bicycle from Kochin and enjoyed every minute of cycling around), communication with the owner is very pleasant, the host made us feel really welcome and at home. Risk warning: there is a chance of gaining weight, as the food is superb (and much).

We had a pleasant stay over there.. The host and his father was kind-hearted . They welcomed us and greeted us pleasantly. The rooms, bathrooms and living room were well maintained and the delicious food was served. Overall our family had a wonderful experience staying in Anandam Homestays at Vaikom. Very comfortable, clean rooms. Only 6 rooms so not a busy place. Good value for money. Excellent food - ask what they have fresh and you will enjoy a very tasty treat. We took two trips out on the boat which were very special as a private trip and so peaceful and beautiful. Amazing bird life. Highly recommend Breeze Backwater.
