The rooms were kept neat and tidy and spacious good enough for 6 of us including a child bathrooms were hygienic and well maintained with 24 hours water availability. The home stay is spacious with three bed rooms a couple of them air conditioned and one of them not with A/C . Kitchen was well equipped but for a gas stove or electric stove and will be available soon as per the host . The home stay will be more efficient if equipped with an RO water purifier. The host and their family were very friendly and caring and were supportive .

Lovely quit place, all new and clean. With really nice food, and very helpful and sweet Deepa and her lovely parents. Deepa speaks good English, knows all and arranges what we wanted. We enjoyed everything!

A gem of a homestay and a gem of a host. From the moment we came to the property, it felt like a little slice of paradise tucked away right next to the water, abs beautiful home away from home! Location is spot on and the owner Suresh was also nice enough to give us his two bicycles for us to explore the island freely. Plenty of space inside and out, all well maintained. Great, homely area outside on the veranda to chill and have food/tea/coffee, which the family is always more than happy to prepare. Suresh will work hard every day to ensure we had everything we needed, including canoe ride, booking transport and also a ride on his very own motorbike around the island's more tucked away corners. We def recommend this homestay to anyone coming to Munroe Island and we hope to return again.
