The host, Arif is very welcoming and very great knowledgeable about his hometown. He is very genuinely nice and always kindly assisting the guests in all enquiries which needed regarding Leh. Everything in this hotel was great! We stayed in the low-season (mid-november), so the prices were very good, and the relation price-quality was great. The room was very clean, probably the cleanest i've seen in India during the whole month i stay there, very spacious and confortable. Great oversized bed, with plenty of blankets and clean sheets to keep you warm. Great bathroom with hot shower all the time. Coffe, tea and bottled water always available in the room with a boiling water machine. And, a BEAUTIFUL view and bacolny faced to the great Himalayas. Breakfast was included, and is awesome! Great food and with a lot of variety, not only "toast and butter" kind of breakfast :)

Loads of thoughtful touches such as complementary fresh fruit / juice bought to the room, a packed lunch on leaving. My room overlooked the river which was nice background noise and also cooling. There are lots of indoor and outdoor seating areas and endless books, so great for chilling out while acclimatising. I also arrived before 8am, and was offered complimentary breakfast after which my room was ready. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful

Exceptional property. Everything from room cleanliness to food was top notch. The serving staff at the restaurant took fantastic care of us. They had a full South Indian breakfast spread which we really appreciated. Mr. Ramzan had organized the car for us for the full trip (Nubra/Pangong) and everything was smooth.

This is a good hotel with all necessary facilities. I spent only one night there and was not able to evaluate the breakfast, but all other things were ok. The location is bout ten minutes from the central streets (Market etc). When I came, they allowed me to choose one of the two rooms. The first was on the ground floor and had a view on high mountains, but I chose the second, with a balcony and without such a view. I left the hotel very early in the morning - and there were no problems with that (even though the person responsible for that had to wake up). The territory of the hotel is flowery, clean and green and has several chairs where one can have a rest.

Perfect location near town centre, restaurants and shops. Room was fantastic, staff were so helpful, friendly and accommodating. Bed was super comfy and amenities were excellent. Food was really good particularly the breakfast. Great views of snow laden mountains from the room. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had premium rooms and are very spacious. The wifi speed is also good and ideal for Work From Home. The owner/manager is also very polite. I had early flight in the morning and he dropped us right on time. I would love to stay again on this property if I am back.
