A very luxurious stay with helpful staff and clean, spacious rooms (featuring the best shower we've ever had!). A lovely outdoor pool is available and delicious food can be delivered to your room or eaten in the restaurant. A short auto/taxi ride away from the great Stupa of Sanchi.

Aside from the historical site, there's nothing of interest.

Aside from the historical site, there's nothing of interest. Sanchi is a traditional Indian town with limited affordable transportation, especially for foreigners. For comparison: Taxi Bhopal > Sanchi (60km) 2500 rupees; Taxi hotel > Sanchi (3km) between 500 and 1000 rupees. There are no restaurants serving continental cuisine, which is a problem if you can't tolerate strong spices.
