I’m going to try and mention everyone here- Maria, Marija, Filip, Bisera, and Dina- absolutely amazing team! Love the customer service, their kindness and consideration, and their efforts in providing the best service for their guests! Hotel Laugarvatn is strategically located halfway in between Geysir, Gullfoss and Þingvellir National Park. It’s incredibly convenient to start your visit early and beat the crowd. Room was immaculate with huge glass window in case you’d like to spot sunset, sunrise, or even Aurora Borealis. Also floor heating in bathroom which makes it warm and comfy. Highly recommended and will visit again!

The surrounding nature was beautiful. The staff was amazing, especially Petra was very helpful with directions etc. Bonus was i saw the northern Lights from my cabin...‼️ The dogs where a nice touch and willing to play fetch despite the -12 °C😀

The location is fantastic if you're visiting the ring road in Iceland, very close to the thingvellir national park, Geysir park and Gullfoss falls. Saw the most amazing northern lights right from the front porche as it's in the middle of an open field with very low light which made it great :)

The cottage is an absolute gem nestled in stunning natural surroundings. It's a perfect retreat for those seeking tranquility and solitude. We absolutely loved our stay. The hot tub was a delightful touch, and the cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Its location is particularly special, as most of the major Golden Circle attractions are within an hour's drive.

Had a great stay. Had a lovely soak in the outdoor hot tub. Very comfortable bed gave us a greats nights rest. The breakfast in the Pink Room was outstanding.
