A beautiful, quaint and cozy apartment. It was bright, and clean and perfect for our family of 6. About 10 mins from the international airport but out of the busy city. You could see the waves crashing from the backyard! The hottub was left ready and waiting for us when we arrived. The host thought of everything and even left a little surprise for us. Highly recommend.

I loved that it was close to the airport, made it easy for flights and getting to the Blue Lagoon. They also had nice donuts set out in the morning for people checking out early.

It was very convenient that the hotel it was 2 minutes without car from the airport, and all the rental companies it was next to it . Also we were surprised that the restaurant for the breakfast was opened from 4 am and it was very comfortable for us because our flight it was at 7 am so we had the opportunity to eat also a breakfast before our flight

We chose to stay here on our last night in Iceland, for the convenience of the airport. It was really good, a very easy 10/15 minute drive, with no traffic or weather worries so was well worth it! Its close to blue lagoon too so you could go there, but it was fully booked for us so we drove up to Sky lagoon instead to soother our aching muscles! Has a hot tub which we didn't use as we had been to the lagoon but would have been a nice way to finish off especially as we were treated to a great Aurora display.. a fantastic way to bid farewell to Iceland! Very well equipped and nicely furnished. The only slight negative if we were staying longer is the walls were a little thin in the semi detached and you could hear next door at times, as they had a full house, so I would opt for the detached for privacy but fine for us for one night.
