Nice and confortable place. Easy to find, the host made the administrative formalities quickly and was kind. We were there to attend a wedding nearby. Other clients were there for the same reason on another wedding and made a bit of noise during the night when they came back but that not the host responsibility.

Very nice hotel in pretty village San Giovanni! Nice room with beautiful bathroom. The garden is beautiful and spacious. Breakfast was very tasty and the coffee was so good! We even asked for extra! It is a little bit out of Bologna town but if you want to have a peaceful accommodation, this on is for you!

Great money value. The hotel is clean, beds are big and super comfortable, there is a wide selection for breakfast. The night we were staying there were super loud guests playing music and yelling at our floor in 11pm. When I went to complain, the lady working at the front desk that evening took care of the situation in 10 minutes. Great service!

It was quiet, outside the center of Bologna.

It was quiet, outside the center of Bologna. It's about an hour - an hour and a half drive to Bologna on the highway. Grocery stores literally around the corner. Bar, restaurant and other services (toys, etc.) just a stone's throw from the hotel. Rural area off the highways but close to them.

Very clean, facility and room in very good state, all well maintained. Good equipment for a 4 star hotel but missing coffee machine in the room. Maybe, due to the fact that is a motel with simple reception, you don't get a full 4-star feeling but it's good enough. Caution: it's a motel for "short meetings" with rooms at floor level. The regular rooms are at the first floor so actually it's not a problem.

Everything was wonderful. The staff there is very friendly and welcoming, you feel like you are with family. The location is very close to the city, you have a bus right in front of the house that takes you directly to the city centre. The breakfast was great, with lots of products and a great thing is that it is brought to your room. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.

It's a "getting old" hotel, but i loved it. I find it funny imagining the good old hotels as humans. They're not what they used to be, but there is still a lot of pride in their history. The decor is getting outdated, but that's part of their life. The staff is super friendly and i feel they carry that proud feeling of working at Alan's hotel. I really enjoyed it.

The hotel provides basic services which were perfectly suitable for the short business stay. The WIFI connection was poor on the 2nd floor, but works fine by the reception area. There was large parking spaces. There is a supermarket nearby and the town center is still in walking distance. Overall it was a good hotel.
