very friendly staff, who provided an excellent check-in experience, advising about sightseeing possibilities around the area. I got a superb room with a great bathroom (shower + jacuzzi whirlpool) and beautiful view. Very spacious and very nice. The whole hotel is a historic villa, very pretty.

At first I looked at the review score and didn't understand how an apartment could be rated so highly as this apartment was. After we arrived we realised why! Everything is just so perfect. Lovely space , amazing warm and lovely owners who were very kind and helpful (we were exhausted after flights being cancelled and booked on the day after coming off a cruise). Really cute neighbourhood. Apartment had everything we could have needed. Loved the kitchen, pool table, kids games. Highly recommend and can't thank the hosts enough for their amazing hospitality and great restaurant recommendations. Even the towels were rolled and laid out so nicely 👌

What a lovely little gem right in the heart of Ariccia! The apartment was beautifully renovated and had a fresh, modern feel. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to some of the best restaurants in the area. Our host was incredibly kind and always available to help with anything we needed. The quiet.

The quiet. The house keepers the farm cat, we fed during our stay. Other guests very noisy when they arrived or went out, forgetting there were other guests staying. It might be an Italian thing to be noisy. The staff weren’t very welcoming upon our arrival and the internet only available at reception and out by the pool, not available in the room.

A fabulous apartment in Ariccia, with three of the best spots to pick up porchetta within a few minutes walk. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very quiet at night. The mattress, pillows and bedding were extremely comfy and made for a great night sleep. Upon checking out I had a huge issue with the hire car due to overnight storm damage, and the owners couldn't have been helpful in supporting us with translations and helping me get to the city of Rome. I highly recommend this apartment and would return here in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly kind and responded very quickly, which made check-in smooth and easy. The apartment had a detailed guide, so we could settle in right away and even cook our own meals. It was well equipped just like a hotel — with a hairdryer, shampoo, and even an iron. Our family felt very comfortable and truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

I appreciate the owner of the hotel. I asked about transportation in the area and he took me to the bus stop on his own car and bought a ticket to go to city center in Rome. Next level of hospitality
