Fabulous. Wonderful hotel in a beautiful village. Great experience in the Dolomites. We had a fabulous room. The owners and staff were exceptional, so welcoming. The food was unbelievable (and I do recommend that you eat here). Loved everything. I wished we stayed longer. Simply wonderful!

This place is so special, i am so glad we stayed here. If you are looking for a cosy warm feeling in a historical building (complete with creaky floors and small rooms) then you'll love it here. Its like being in a fairytale. Also have to give a shout out to the staff, they are the perfect mix of friendly and professional in such a warm way that you feel like you're welcomed into their home. Definitely leaving our stay with a strong pull to come back. If you're into modern features, minimalist design and generally luxury hotels, you should consider looking elsewhere - there are enough of those accommodations around too.

I did not really explore the locale ... struck me as not a huge amount to do - but I was very happy with the facilities at the Hotel Melodia. Lots of varied skiing - a car makes things very much easier than having to rely on local shuttles.

A lovely place in South Tyrol, a beautiful area for hiking and cycling, and skiing in winter. Finding grocery stores wasn't entirely straightforward as they weren't signposted, but we eventually managed to locate them thanks to Google.

Badia is located fairly centrally in the Dolomites. From there, you can easily reach all the highlights of the Dolomites. My holiday goal was cycling, and Badia is an excellent starting point for many beautiful bike rides.

A pleasant town, with fewer amenities than the main towns in the Valley, but an excellent base. The lower part of town lacks a grocery store, nor a place to buy souvenirs or traditional products.

Excellent hotel with beautiful garden and outside terrace, perfect for quiet evening drink. Amazing food: rich breakfast, tasty 3-course dinner (seabass pasta was pure perfection) and nice afternoon snack made our stay one of the best hotel experiences. Inside pool, sauna and whirlpool (inside and another one in the garden) is everything you need after long day od hiking or skiing. Staff is very friendly and give their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Big thanks to Iva for great hiking advice, we had the best time in Alta Badia!

Beautifully appointed boutique hotel in an excellent location. Fantastic views of the mountains and sunsets. Excellent breakfast included and the spa and pool were perfect for apres ski. 5 min shuttle to and from the lifts was well organised and meant you were away from all the noise and crowds but within 5 mins taxi/car to town of La Villa. Hotel service was faultless particularly the restaurant staff (special mention for Anastasia, Enrico and Michael). Can't wait to come back in the summer.

The apartment deserves 10 points out of 10. There is everything for a comfortable stay - a kitchen for cooking, a room for storing skis and boots, free parking, WiFi. The ski bus stop is right next to the hotel. Angelika is very kind and hospitable. We have the best impressions and memories of our stay in this place, and there is a great desire to come to Alta Badia again.
