The hostess was very welcoming and helpfup. The hotel is perfectly situated after the entrance gates to Volterra and just a short walk up to the main square. The breakfast was a beautiful experience. The hostess ensured we had our own private family table. The food was fresh with many options and coffee to our liking. The decor and rooms have beautiful old century touches with modern amenities (nice bathroom and shower). Beds were huge and fit a family of 4 comfortably. Our taxi was arranged seamlessly on a Sunday as we had no options for public transportation.

We have stayed at this accommodation 3 times. It is great. The owners are very nice and friendly. They are very helpful with ideas for exploring the area. The accommodation is comfortable, has a beautiful garden, a well-kept pool, but the absolute best of all is the breakfast. The best cakes and cappuccino we have ever had. Amazing place.

Great place for a visit in Volterra. We had such warm days so the pool area was nice to have. Maybe some more furniture could be added to the outdoor area, otherwise nice hotel, and really friendly and helpful staff!

The property was beautiful. We booked a 2 night stay and it was perfectly located a 10 min walk to the main town. Although it was raining when we were there, there were many places in the garden to sit and relax and there was also a pool. Parking was available free on site which was a huge bonus as we had a car. Room was small but comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. An added bonus was a laundromat just up the road so we could get some clean clothes.

The hotel had a wonderful atmosphere with the Tuscan countryside setting, the pool, etc. My room was spacious enough, clean, with a nice view on the backyard and the pool. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I especially enjoyed the breakfasts in the beautiful garden and even got to go on morning runs!
