From the moment we entered it was five star service. At checkin Adel, Tamara and Nicolo were very cordial. The views of the river and beautiful hills made it hard to look away. All of the resteraunt’s were excellent and especially the very lovely staff. I would especially like to thank Vasilis for his great food recommendations and conversation.

We had a wonderful time at Casa Ruffino, the stay exceeded our expectations. The design is beautiful, thoughtful, and very comfortable. Hosts were extremely hospitable, nice , warm and caring, All our needs were catered for and we felt like we were part of their family. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations: super comfy and clean accomodation, excellent buffet breakfast with lots of delicious Italian homemade options, willingness to assist with touristy bits of information so needed to make our visit so much nicer and easier, even a super nice touch presented in the form of a super cute Christmas present, that we will treasure forever. We will recommend La Corte di Ripoli to everyone that wants to fully experience the warmth of Italian hospitalty and take home memories to last for a lifetime.

This the ancient villa with amazing panoramic view and beautiful garden, well equipped with all necessities for comfortable staying. And there was a good restaurant Trattoria La Gargotta in 10 minutes from here, where we ate very delicious Bistecca alla Fiorentina. Highly recommended for awesome impressions!

La Gemma has a fantastic location, literally 2min walk from many of the main sights. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful - making us feel cherished and right at home.     The property is beautiful and sits on a beautiful hill with a wonderful view. Tomasso, the host is very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was great. Will definitely stay there again next time in Florence.

    The Villa and grounds were beautiful and super clean!

    The Villa and grounds were beautiful and super clean! Daily breakfast was delicious and filling! The breakfast dining room was decorated with much warmth and allowed each guest to have their own table. The outdoor seating areas were super comfortable. The staff was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions regarding the area and restaurants. The owner was personable and engaged. The bed was very comfortable. The cappuccino was superb!! We will be back for longer next time!

    The location is absolutely beautiful.

    The location is absolutely beautiful. You are in the middle of Chianti region so you are surrounded by vineyards. In addition, there are fields of Olive trees, scenic drives and beautifully landscaped gardens and outdoor spaces at the resort. The staff are amazing, helpful, friendly and ho out of their way to make your stay comfortable.

    The apartment is in the centre of Bagno a Ripoli, very close to cafes, main shops, bus stops and at the same time not in the busiest road (via Roma): everything is at a few minutes walk distance. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedroom is spacious, with a comfortable double bed and a good sized wardrobe. The hosts also provided a brand new cot for my 2 years-old. The entirety of the flat is equipped with air conditioning.

    Convenient for 1 night. The hotel is 10 minutes away by car from the port, convenient for relaxing after arriving by ferry to Livorno. A small hotel on the outskirts of the city, there is a Parking space. Friendly host. The room is clean and cozy. On the 1st floor there is a vending machine with drinks and snacks. The breakfast is served in a nearby cafe.

    The hotel is located in a perfect location for traveling around Tuscany. The hotel itself is beautiful, especially the area where the pool and restaurant are with an amazing view of the mountains. But mostly the staff and the service - they were exceptional!! Can’t wait to come back!
