We loved the whole place and the room. all very welcoming especially as we speak very little Italian. it was a pity the restaurant was not open on the Monday evening as it would have been nice to eat there. but we cycled a bit to find a pizza place also very good.

Hotel in the middle of old town but also not too far from the train station. Great breakfast with large selections included in your stay. This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. Staff is very friendly as well. Many dining opportunities are available close too. Since both stays have been in winter I can assure you during those times the room feels very cozy too.

Mantua is a fantastic city with many sights. We spent several days there. Just a few kilometers from the holiday home, in Pietole, there's a very good osteria called Osteria Antichi Sapori. We ate there several times and had excellent meals.

For us, the house was a base for visiting Mantua, Sabbioneta...

For us, the house was a base for visiting Mantua, Sabbioneta, and other towns. We didn't find many services open for dinner upon our return, but the takeout pizzeria downstairs was sufficient, especially since the owners were super friendly. Getting around is easy, although a short stretch of highway is required to get to Mantua.

The town is located not far from the motorway and is perfect for a stopover! You can't hear the motorway at all. Restaurants are also within walking distance. The town has a small supermarket and a good pizzeria.

The village is tiny, but there's a high-quality pastry shop. I can't remember the name right now, but it's really good for its products and service. We didn't go there for the village, but we were looking for a place with certain features, and we found them in the B&B. The village wasn't of interest in this context.

The location is a bit too far to visit Mantua.

The location is a bit too far to visit Mantua. Once you leave in the morning, it's not convenient to return to the hotel in the afternoon and then leave again in the evening. Overall, the location is good because it's close to the Modena Sud motorway exit.

The hotel is very convenient for visiting Mantua, which is just a few kilometers away. In Bagnolo San Vito, I ate wonderfully at the "Loris e Chiara" restaurant, recommended by the lady at reception.
