Amazing hotel! It looks like the picturies. The staff are very professional. It was my birthday week and they did a free upgrade to our room as a compliment - I didn't as for. At first we were excited about the location, right next to piazza Maggiore. But once we entered our suite everything was magical, It was like the room, the walls, the windows could tell you the story of the city. And an excellent buffet breakfast the next morning as well. Exceptional breakfast, all varieties are available. The location is great, close to the railstation and not far from center (you can take a bus or.go on foot 20min). We had a spacious room, with large windows, a comfortable bed, and lots of supplies. Everything went great, from check-in to check-out, with nice interactions with the staff. We liked the design and the planning they did for all the services. We didn't use the spa/ fitness, but they were available.

The room is exceptionally clean and the staff is very very nice. are very helpful and can speak english well. The breakfast is nice too. There is a small gym room on the eighth floor, quite and nice.

Good hotel. Fast Wi-Fi. Gym had new equipment. Great option when flying in late..with no mass transport operating. Cab it to the hotel! The front desk staff were very accommodating and kind.
