This was the most impressive experience of my life.. I was late because Long way Norway to Bergamo and my car's tyre was punctured. The hotel staff waited for me till 00.30 at night. On reaching the hotel they offered me snacks. The staff lady was very nice and helpful. And the next day she helped me find a mechanic and took me to the mechanic. ( Best service ) Normally The hotel is ⭐⭐⭐ star but I would give it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars.

We had a great stay in Ostello Brembo. The location is beautiful. The host is exceptionaly friendly and he helps with making your stay unforgettable. He even helped with our broken car. The restaurant is amazing, high quality food which is produced locally. The restaurant and hotel comes with a great view on the mountains. 10/10 experience.

A very nice hotel in a good location - close to the QC Terme. Kind and helpful staff. Excellently clean room and perfectly ironed bed linen. Good breakfast, there is a also patisserie where various delicacies are offered and a restaurant (open in the evening too), i received the menus even before arriving at the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, especially to those who understand and appreciate tradition, good design and the spirit of the place!

great hotel - wonderful staff - lovely breakfast - We rented electric bikes and had a perfect day riding around on the best bike paths ever! Outdoor patio was shaded and great for playing cards with cafe service and good cappuccino. Also appreciated the 10% off coupon we were given for the Terme' - Spa day! Marco assisted us with everything we needed.
