The house is in the utmost cleanliness and order. The place is very spacious for the family, so we felt comfortable as if we were in our own home. The owners of the house, Michela, were friendly and she and her husband helped us carry the bags and were in contact with us. On the last day, unfortunately, a problem arose for us, and she and her husband helped us with all love, and I am very grateful to them. I will definitely come back.

Brand new hotel with the nicest staff and proactively upgrading my room, just because it was available. The room was spacious and stunning despite confusing light switches ;) Overall the whole stay exceeded my expectations where I was looking for a comfy place before heading on to Switzerland and I got super nice staff, amazing premium room for no extra cost, delicious cocktails in the rooftop bar and an entire shopping gallery on the venue. Must go back to Radisson blu Bergamo - it's a 10/10 place

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Bergamo. The staff are super friendly and helpful, they really make time for you. The room smells divine by the way… and the breakfast buffet is a bonus! You won’t regret. i stayed at the location for 1 night. Its a cute hotel will all amenities in Citta Alta. it is 2 minutes walk feom the cathedral and 10 minutes by cab from train station. Big shout out to Massimo for helping with the bookings.

    Description of hotel is not accurate....in the middle of nowhere with no facilities. Breakfast room was in a dungeon, rather cute, but how could an elderly or infirm person manage all of the steep steps down to it. Bed felt damp...bathroom in need of some love and attention, kitchen not equipped, you would need to ask for cutlery, plates etc..it was only for one night and didn't effect us, so not the end of the world.

    Easy to find Hotel. Easy check in process. Plenty of car parking available. Room / apartment was excellent and well appointed. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plain and simple, but enjoyable. Easy efficient check out.
