Super comfortable and clean space for 2! The owners were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast spread was fantastic with wide variety. Room was very clean, bed were made and towels refreshed every day. We had a great comfortable stay here!

The best hostels experience!! Very nice atmosphere in the building, great fully equipped kitchen like in restaurant :) Very clean and comfortable shared wc&shower. Soft towels, comfortable bed. Host is superfriendly and nice girl- 5stars**** I felt very wellcoming and safe. 10 minutes walk distance is Lidl, bus stop-5min. Beautiful views to mountains. Highly reccomend!

We were in the destination with our own vehicle and easily visited all the attractive places around Cortina Ampezzo. Two days were dedicated to exploring and touring Calalza di Cadore, the city and the lake. We liked everything very much. The accommodation was great, the evenings were completely quiet. Thank you Chelso and Alejandro for the opportunity to spend ten wonderful days.

I recommend Calalzo, a strategic location for visiting Misurata, Auronzo, and the Tre Cime tour. If you don't want to drive, there's a bike path for walking, and Lake Tose is a wonderful place!

A beautiful, charming town with a lake, stunning mountain...

A beautiful, charming town with a lake, stunning mountain views, bars, a winery, shops, a train station, buses—everything is available, even a gas station. A good location for trips to the Dolomites, Venice, and other cities. Overall, it's a beautiful, relatively quiet place, rarely visited by tourists (it's possible that there are more tourists at other times).

There is not much to see in Calalzo.

There is not much to see in Calalzo. What makes it interesting for me is the Valle d'Oten. It is an excellent hiking destination. It is worth going by car to the Ristorante alla Pinetá, parking there, and starting the hike from there. It is worth going to the Rifugio Capanna, there are beautiful sights to see. Among others, Monte Antelao is impressive with its height of over 3200 m.

The host Emanuella was very friendly and helpful and ensured we had everything we required. She was also easily contactable. The appartment itself was excellent for self-catering and the views from the private balcony were as good as promised! Calalzo di cadore was a great location for exploring the Eastern Dolomites and although we had to drive a little further to get to the desired places than if staying in Cortina, the town had great facilities and offered a much quieter less touristy base.

The room was clean and spacious especially the bathroom was satisfactory. Hotel service-wise, they clean your room and refill the refreshment bar for snacks, coffee and tea etc. in the common area. The host was patient and responsive. 5mins drive to supermarket. Plus, discount was provided for the restaurant next door.

Ana and Stefano were incredible hosts. They went above and beyond in helping me organize my hikes and my stay at Calalzo. They shared with me their passion for the mountain and offered a super comfortable and clean place. They really treat you as family. I couldn't recommend this place more. I hope to return soon!

Excellent staff and service, it’s well worth booking in for the full service evening meal! The spa, pool and sauna facilities are great. The hotel garden and outdoor dining is perfectly facing the mountains, with great elevation overlooking the town. Plenty of parking, comfortable rooms.
