When we left VIlli Rosmarino 2 years ago, we knew we had to come back here. Our second visit this September was just as wonderful as we remembered it in 2021. The entire hotel staff and owner Mario are most welcoming, always helpful, as if they were welcoming you into their own home. The property is situated on a magnificent hill with a magical view of the bay and Camogli. The luxurious swimming pool where we spent our afternoons and the very tasty breakfasts (and excellent juices!) were a pleasant addition, which is always important to us. What is also important to us that the villa has few rooms (for 2 people), so the property is not overcrowded, and the other guests both in 2021 and now were very cordial and I feel that no one bothered each other. We are sure that we will definitely return again, because the Villa as well as Camogli itself is excellent and still not filled with tourists. <3

Our stay couldn't have been better! The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the station and right in the heart of everything. The room was well-equipped, clean, and had a super comfortable bed. Hosts Lara and her husband were incredibly helpful—they gave us an early check-in and kindly offered to store our luggage after checkout. Their restaurant recommendation was also spot on. Highly recommend!"

Well-functioning public transport. Delicious food and charming pubs. Camogli is very authentic. No Chinese souvenirs here. The beach at the foot of tall tenement houses and the view of the Basilica create a spectacular view! I'd love to come back here<3

Gelato every night is a must! Obviously! So many restaurants to choose from but don't forget to look down small passageways, as some of the best restaurants are not on the waterfront. Local restaurants not near the water are very good indeed and affordable.

This quaint seaside village is a perfect getaway for great beaches, views and food. The village is small and not over crowded. We ate at La Camoglise and Iztoa and the resultant at Sublimis. The food was delicious and the seafood was amazing.Loved meandering through the alleyways and discovering the local artists and their wares! Still has a small village vibe! The laidback feel of the village and the beautiful views makes it a perfect spot to unwind. Loved our stay!

Great beautiful city on the ocean, that is not over touristy but the people are of the town are super friendly and helpful. There are a lot of great places to shop and eat and it's so reasonable compared to some other destinations in Europe.

Camogli is a lovely small town on the Italian riviera.

Camogli is a lovely small town on the Italian riviera. Unlike nearby Portofino, it is not the haunt of celebrities and international brands and stars getting married; it is a refreshingly normal Italian town that was built on fishing and has evolved to cater nicely to well-behaved tourists. It has lots of restaurants, cafes and bars on the seafront and some in the streets behind, but it's not the place to go if you're looking for buzzy night life; it's pretty quiet at night. It's a very attractive seaside town set against a background of photogenic hills ... in fact, parts of the town have expanded up into the foothills. It takes 20-30 minutes to walk from one end of the seafront to the other. There are lots of places to sit and enjoy the sunshine (and the wonderful sunsets) without having to buy a drink in a cafe/bar, and there are numerous places selling delicious take-away food (focaccia, pies, pastries, chips etc). There is a beach, and people do swim from it, but don't expect smooth, soft sand: it's dark and pebbly and in high winds the seashore gets lashed by crashing, white-topped waves. Camogli is only 40 minutes or so from Genoa by train - and there are two or three trains an hour. Do go - you won't regret it!

Laid back town with a true harbour vibe with nice little corners Good food to be found everywhere (although often same local dishes are found in the restaurants - always fresh) Excellent location to explore golfo Paradiso with connecting boats to frutuso and starting point for whale watching. Sunset over the harbour on the pier !

An ancient beautiful flat in the historic centre, footsteps from the beach, best bakery in the village by the front door, amazing restaurants at every turn, a wonderful small shop a few steps up with amazing peaches, apricots, figs, tomatoes, cheese etc. Crisp cotton sheets, feather pillows! (Soo nice..) Balcony with amazing view. Good shower. Aircon (but no need) Fans. Various things like salt and pepper, balsamic but no olive oil…

We loved the location in Camogli and everything about the hotel. Marco and the staff were so hospitable and made us feel so welcome. Nothing was a problem for them when we asked them. Delicious breakfast and great coffee - had it outdoors, overlooking the beautiful marina. A perfect time in this part of Liguria. We will be back! Thank you, Marco!

Fantastic view, quiet place to relax, spacious apartment and a wonderful and very attentive host! Perfect for families with kids. You can directly walk down the stairs to Camogli center and beach (about 25 Minutes) or take the bus to Camogli or Santa Margherita, and it is only a short walk to the beautiful Portofino Regional Park for hiking.

The location is AMAZING! Being able to look out onto the harbour and just wander down to the beach and restaurants was magnificent. Looking out at the church and ocean was above and beyond. The apartment was small but perfect for a short stay in this beautiful place for our family of four
