The location and service were outstanding — the entire experience was absolutely perfect. Everyone we interacted with was wonderful: the reception team, the breakfast team, the person who helped with our luggage, the elevator and car, and the added bonus of a free parking spot right in front of the hotel. The best memory of this hotel is its breakfast. Exceeded all expectations. A very rich selection, a wide variety of fruits, even tropical ones, like papaya. It's very nice to start the morning like this - a whole plate of fruit, the most delicate croissants, yogurt, sausage and cheese cuts, and so on. I liked everything in the room - a comfortable mattress, a nice, clean bathroom. The hotel is located next to the Museum of Fine Arts. The train station is a 15-minute walk away. They were allowed to leave the suitcase after the eviction. The receptionist even knew Russian.

Excellent staff from reception, to bar staff to restaurant staff…. It’s also easy access to other local cities and has a train station nearby. My friends took locally booked taxi to get to town (Modena) one night when I didn’t want to drive. Was cheap and quick from the hotel! I love the fact the hotel is in a quiet and safe location - no road noise in room with blackout curtains which is great. Nearly like a 4* international hotel! Amazing value.

The infrastructure is good: huge rooms, huge bathrooms, huge...

The infrastructure is good: huge rooms, huge bathrooms, huge parking space (and Tesla superchargers!) but obviously you're in the middle of nowhere and the outlook of our room ws a DHL warehouse. Wish is ok when you are just on transit in the area, but I wouldn't stay here more then one night.

The room was a great size and we had a very big balcony! The bathroom and shower were big for a European hotel. The staff was very pleasant when we checked in. We picked this hotel based off the proximity to the RCF arena. This hotel was great for that because it is only a 20 minute drive to the arena. There is not a lot of options around for food but there is a restaurant inside the hotel. The breakfast buffet was also very nice.

We booked two rooms, both same price and same type but we were given two sperate rooms under the pretense that we didnt pay for the same rooms. both rooms were on different levels. The top floor room didnt have hot water and the flow was very slow. No AC or fans, almots couldnt breathe ...luckily we could open the windows. The bottom room was ok, spacious and nice beds. There is free parking at the site and outside of the hotel.

The bed was very good and comfortable and the pillows too. The good thing is the near to the Autostrada and that the hotel has parking places for free. The staff tried to be helpfull with issues.
