Very cosy apartment and surroundings are beautiful. Very easy to the main city and the beaches I south. The apartment is very clean with good so aircondition. Marchello and his family is easy to communicate with, very polite and will do anything for you too have a nice stay. The breakfast is wonderful and outstanding. Thank you for Pleasant 😊

Attilio’s House is very well organised, it has everything provided for a wonderful stay . The apartment is beautiful and clean, with wonderful attention to details in every way. Attilio was incredibly helpful with great advice and assistance whenever I needed it. The location of the apartment is very good. It is very close to the bus stop and all the important shops. Attilio gave a wonderful introduction to the apartment, explaining everything important in detail. Thank you so much Attilio for a wonderful stay in your beautiful apartment. Dear Owners of the Luxury Suites 115, I would like to start with saying THANK YOU. This was my first visit to Sardegna and I will keep it in very good and relaxing memory. Everytime I came back to the suite, it was like "coming home" for me. The suite itself was astonishing. It had everything you could possibly dream of while visiting such a beautiful island. From the little kitchen over to the comfortable bed, it was amazing. But my highlight out of everything was the whirlpool. I really liked chilling in it everyday, especially at night when the city dimmed down and all the lights showed, what beautiful sights Cagliari had to offer. Also the climate was good for survival and relieve when you were outside for a long time 😅. I'm very glad I chose this suite for my stay here in Cagliari and wanna thank you again for making it possible. It was myself a pleasure to meet you both the other day, you two seem like really nice persons! When I come back, I will stay at one of ur suites again for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is clean, large, well equipped and dog friendly with a big and fully fenced courtyard which includes secure off street parking. We spent our days in Cagliari which is about 20 minutes away but wished we had spent some time in the village of Capoterra as it looks like a charming old area. The property is owned by Marcelo, a young man who went out of his way to help us and was very reliable with any questions we had. No hesitation from us about staying there again.

I highly recommend this appartment. In fact you will get three bedrooms with two toilets plus a living room. The kitchen has everything to cook any meal, including an oven, various dishes, pots, and pans. From the kitchen you can easily go out onto the terrace, where you can drink tea and dine in the shade in the fresh air. The parking space is safe, located next to the house in the yard. The owner of the house is called Rafaella, she is a very polite and pleasant woman. She is always in touch, happy to help with any problem. It takes 25-30 minutes to get to Cagliari by car. The nearest beach is 5 km away. But good beaches are 25-30 km away in the direction of Pula, by car it is 30 minutes. In the village, a 5-minute walk away, there is a small supermarket. Another 2 supermarkets MD and Spar are 5 km away.

It is a smaller town near Cagliari. There is good access to restaurants, shops. I recommend renting a car and visiting several beaches in the area, the city of Cagliari, taking a boat trip and swimming.

If you have a car you can explore beaches.

If you have a car you can explore beaches. It was August so many beaches were quite full, and normally you had to call to book. We went without calling and almost always found a spot somewhere (2 sunbeds and beach umbrella).It is impossible to stay on the beach with 33 degrees without an umbrella. Bring your own or rent one (in August the prices are high -50 euros). Only Spiagga Tuerreda was completely full and we would have to queue to get in. An interesting beach is Spiaggia di Nora (it also has 2 restaurants and archelogical site), so you can spend whole day there. Some beaches are reserved by the hotels nearby and you cannot use them- normally in one bay there are two or three beaches, one to book, one free, one from the hotel. I loved that you could see flamingos everywhere (from the highway, near beaches, next to our hotel). I would avoid going again in August though - it was too hot go walking in the city , to go birdwatching and cycling in the flamingo park (Molentargius)...Also, prices were much higher than out of season.

We really liked the discussions with Antonio and his wife...

We really liked the discussions with Antonio and his wife about the island of Sardinia and local culture and history. They recommanded us very good restaurants and places to visit in the region. Capoterra is only about 15-minute drive from Cagliari.

Great place. Location is also good if you are ok staying out of big cities. Room or literally the apartment was nice, clean and comfortable, great bathroom too. Antonio, the host, was very caring about guests, very helpful with advices about how to spend our days there in a best possible way. Best host by far! Location is great with reasonable driving distance to Cagliari and some great beaches on SW coast. Also great restaurant/Pizzeria in quite close vicinity.

Very nice and clean apartment near Cagliari and Capoterra. It takes like 15-20 minutes to the airport. It also takes less than an hour to get to the Chia beaches. The apartment is in a very calm area and there are plenty of parking lots. There is also a pool (we didn’t have time to use it) and very cute dogs and donkeys. They clean the room every other day and provide new bedsheets and towels.

15 minutes from Cagliari airport. Reserved parking available. The interior of the apartment was overall in good cleaning condition, with clean towels and linens available in plastic bags. The apartment has one bedroom (queen-size bed) and two sofa-beds. However, it is suitable for no more than 4 guests. Quiet location. Less than 100 meters from the beach.

The hotel was fairly close to the airport and allowed for a late check in. The room I stayed in was very large and was clean. The facilities and breakfast was nice, would stay again for a short trip. The hotel is good value for money and the pictures did reflect the actual hotel.
