We stayed with our dog at this wonderful farmhouse for 5 days. It's the perfect location, close to the highway, to explore the historic cities of Umbrië such as Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio and a lot more. Also the lake of Trasimeno was easily to reach. it's a beautiful located farmhouse, on the top of a hill and in the middle of the nature with a great view on the country. The accommodation itself is absolutely perfect, with great rooms and a unique breakfast- and dining-room. We enjoyed a room with a kitchen, a living room and a separate bed- and bathroom. Everything we needed was available. The farmhouse is very dog friendly, as the owner has to very sweet dogs himself. The Agriturismo is run by Andrea and his mother Rose, two extremely sweet, friendly and helpful people, always prepared to give you advise on anything you need. They have their own small restaurant, mainly for the overnight guests. The food (produced from their own land) is just fabulous. Rose is a wonderful cook and clearly prepared the diners with lots of love. We couldn't ask for anything more and will definitely come back here. We're very grateful to Andrea and Rose and wish them very well.

This property is owned and run by a family and they made our stay very comfortable beginning with inviting us to a special dinner the night we arrived which included live entertainment in the form of a solo guitar player/singer. It was a very laid back experience that remained throughout our five night stay. We had a balcony and a wonderful view of Umbria countryside. The unit consisted of a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with adequate space and a very quiet air conditioner that worked quickly to cool down the room and keep it cool throughout the night. The kitchen is well supplied with dishes and wine available for purchase. The location in the country was ideal for relaxing.

What a beautiful place! We didn't know what to expect, the photos in the listing looked great but it seemed like a new listing.... When we arrived we were absolutely surprised by the beauty of the small (very small!!) town and the high quality and attention to detail of the apartment! Everything was perfectly placed, perfectly beautiful and functional too. The small town has 13 inhabitants! And it's in absolutely pristine shape! We felt as if in the middle ages but with all modern comfort and convenience! Wow! Also the views from all windows are amazing! Umbria at its best! And the best of the best was the view from the master bedroom: a close up of an authentic medieval tower! Really, this was unbelievable! The suite is super modern, super comfortable. The air conditioning works perfectly, actually everything works perfectly and it's super clean. We felt at home and didn't want to leave. Unfortunately there were other reservations.... But we are definitely coming back. Barbara and Mauricio are very friendly, real, helpful people. They welcomed us with their hearts. Thank you, thank you!!!!

A wonderful apartment and wonderful hosts! Everything was sparkling new and clean. The apartment is on two levels with kitchen, dining and couch on the first level and bedroom and bathroom on the second. A lot of care has been taken by the hosts to provide a lovely, warm and welcoming space. It is possible to self-cater but we eat out. We were walking the via di San Francesco when we stayed here.
