Our experience was amazing from the very start! The staff were true heroes, going above and beyond even before our check-in to ensure we arrived at the correct location. Since we were driving, they guided us to avoid fines from entering the ZTL zone, which was incredibly helpful. Upon arrival, the warm welcome continued throughout our stay until checkout. This is a useful hotel for a one-night stay after arriving...

This is a useful hotel for a one-night stay after arriving at Verona airport late in the day (and flight delayed, so just as well!). Efficiently run, restaurant was open until 10.30 p.m., which was fortunate, as we arrived at about 9 p.m. Food was good for this type of hotel. The air conditioning in our room did not seem to work, but as it was for one night, we didn't bother asking for it to be rectified. Did not open windows, as aircraft noise can be pretty loud, which is what you'd expect being close to the airport. Bus pick-up service was useful to and from airport. A little difficult to find the meeting point though. All in all good value and convenient, Very clean everywhere.

What a pleasure to stay in such a beautiful scenic location. The family were brilliant in welcoming us and providing useful information. My bedroom provided both romance and tranquility, whilst the family room was a great place for our family meals, great conversation and entertainment. The setting on a winery was the highlight of my stay as the host of the local winery a mere stones throw away gave us a wonderful evening full of great wines, local artisan cheese, fresh cold cuts and plenty of laughter.... What more could one ask for?

We used the hotel as a stop prior to flying the next day, we arrived at 1 pm and had the room available immediately, lunch was available until 2 pm and we took the opportunity to eat. It was excellent, the menu was available for both lunch and tea, it was pricey but excellent. We had salads and decided we would eat dinner there too. We were not disappointed it was excellent. The quality was first-class, the service was excellent, and the wine list was extensive. We used the pool area and enjoyed a wonderful last day of the sun until 7 pm. Bar service was available and excellent too. The next morning I had a quick swim in the indoor pool, too which is small but very clean, and a functional gym was available too. We had breakfast which catered for all tastes, cold meat and cheeses, fresh fruit, juices, and fresh coffees, a wide range of cereals, and hot bacon AND EGGS.

Check in was speedy and the reception staff were helpful. The hotel has a very good restaurant with friendly and helpful staff and an interesting menu, the food served was tasty. The restaurant was very busy when we ate but we were not pressured to hurry our meal at all. Selection of breakfast items was varied. The rooms were very comfortable and although the hotel is right next to the airport we could not hear any noise from outside. A free shuttle bus to the airport is available (3 minutes to get there).

Breakfast quality was good, I think it could have more options for it. like some creams. You could start the day with such a good feeling. The took a massage, it was great. The pool was also clean. There were also cats in the hotel. they were freindly and I could play with them.
