Our flights were cancelled with easyJet and we had to choose the closest hotel which was on a 3 star standard. Luxor was this match, and when we arrived the member of staff could not have been more welcoming and wonderful to help ease our stress for our flight cancellation. To our surprise we had a hot tub spa bath in our room, which was amazing, and he also arranged for a bottle of Prosecco to be sent to our room. We had the most wonderful experience. This saved our honeymoon.

The mattress in bed was amazing. The reception staff was friendly and very helpful and they went out of their way to make our stay perfect. Restaurant staff was also very helpful and accomodating. Room was very clean. It was easy to order drinks to the room. They have a luxurious selection of necessities like umbrellas, gifts and toiletries for sale. Large room.

The property is nowhere near the airport. If it says so it is confusing you. Better to book hotel in center of Napoli so you will save lot and lot of travel. Plus the staff knew that we were staying for 2 nights, still he gave us the room where there were loads of moaning and pleasure sounds from other rooms. He even acknowledged it and told that he will change our room next day, till then adjust. Not a good experience at all

We felt safe when we first arrived at the hotel, but the city of Naples was not safe at all. Good thing there was a car park. We had rented a car and we left the car safely. Anything could have happened to you outside. The breakfast was very ideal and satisfying. If you do not prefer pork products, there were options.

Reception is open 24 hours, and the hotel has free parking with an attendant. Breakfast was good, but only if you like sweet options, because that's all they have. This hotel is a good base if you have a car and do not need to go into Naples. The hotel is quite clean, and the rooms have tile floors.
