This was, hands down, the best stay I have ever had. I came here hoping for a place to truly unwind and reconnect with nature and myself — and I found exactly that. The moment you arrive, you feel the thoughtfulness in every detail. It’s quiet and feels wonderfully disconnected from civilization, yet there are enough good restaurants around if you want a change. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between playful and relaxed. Whether it’s the beautiful breakfast area, the secluded patio, or the inviting pool with plenty of umbrellas and comfy chairs, everything feels designed to help you slow down and enjoy every moment. The views of Tuscany are simply breathtaking, whether you’re having breakfast, lounging on your private patio, or floating in the pool. The food and wine are flawless — meat lovers and vegans alike will be happy here. The rooms are done to a high standard, with super comfortable beds, blackout curtains, and a nice couch area to relax. The bathrooms are top-notch, and if you need to do a bit of work, the good WiFi and an Ethernet cable at the small desk make it easy. Finally, the hosts make the stay even more special: always helpful, kind, and fun — attentive without ever being intrusive. Even though this is probably the best place I have ever been to, please do not come here, because it will be addicting and I don’t want you to book the same time I want to come back next year.

A wonderful, peaceful location.

A wonderful, peaceful location. You wake up to the sound of crickets surrounded by fields. There are two restaurants: a "traditional" one and a more luxurious one called Radici. We only ate at the former, and it was very good. Lunch is also available, and it's excellent, as is breakfast. Highly recommended!

I haven't actually visited Castel Giorgio, but I've enjoyed...

I haven't actually visited Castel Giorgio, but I've enjoyed the wonderful views of Tuscia in the surrounding area. Lake Bolsena, Pitigliano, and Civita di Bagno Regio are towns brimming with color and hospitality. The small shops offer typical products and local crafts. Stepping into any trattoria is a testament to the excellent food and friendly service.

From the moment you walk into this magical hotel and spa I was greeted with such generous hospitality. I was a solo traveler and it was nice having the familiar staff who knew and called me by name. My table was set for breakfast every morning in my favorite seating area. The staff memorized my order which made me feel extra special. These small details were extremely important since I was traveling alone.

What a charming hotel at a beautiful landscape. The spa is amazing. I had a very good massage . The room is nice and the bed is comfortable. The food at breakfast and at the restaurants at the hotel is delicious. I'm vegetarian and I had good options. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I loved the hotel facilities and the size of the room on the ground floor, which allowed me to see all the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast was great, and the restaurant area is gorgeous. The hotel staff are nice, and it's important for them to provide the best stay!
