We had the privilege of staying in a place with the most breathtaking terrace view we've ever experienced - it was truly hard to say goodbye. The apartment is beautifully designed, stylish, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything one could possibly need. Patrizia arranged secure, covered parking for us, which made our stay even more convenient. Everything went smoothly. Dario was incredibly helpful, sharing insights about nearby attractions and recommending excellent places to eat. Castelmola itself is a charming and authentic village - peaceful and full of character. We especially recommend the scenic walking path from Castelmola to Taormina - an unforgettable experience. If we ever return to Castelmola, there's no doubt we ll stay at this B&B again. Highly recommended!

The location in Castelmola was a beautifully located collection of rooms. Our flight was delayed so we arrived late and the host, Chiara, was absolutely fantastic. Videos of the last stages of the drive into the village and step by step photos of every street and turn, the keys, the room. etc. You could not ask for a more helpful host, who then added more, with restaurant recommendations and discount notes. There are two things which made us love this hotel. Firstly the staff were so friendly and welcoming. One morning we woke up late and missed breakfast. We ordered a coffee and was brought a plate each of pastries down to the terrace as the team noticed we hadn’t eaten. Secondly, the views are spectacular from the hotel. The hotel has a beautiful breakfast room and terrace overlooking the sea.

We had a first floor huge balcony triple room. Super comfortable, the not Etna or sea view but view had a lovely Taormina street view. The breakfast is on the 6th floor could not be more beautiful. Amazing hotel, fantastic location, nice walk from the parking site. Staff is super friendly. We arrived an hour early and the let us in our room.

Castel Mola is a picturesque hilltop town above Taormina. There is a limited bus service but I would not recommend a car. There are lots of steps and narrow streets. The restaurants were good value. The church is interesting and there are great views of Etna.

Quaint town set on the top of a hill - quite amazing to visit! Fantastic views of Mt Etna and surrounds. Many cute restaurants and terraces. If you have the opportunity to stay for dinner the town has a different feel in the evening once the day trippers has have left. The famous Bar Turrisi is fantastic for drinks, dinner or Gelato.

It is a beautiful little mountain top village.

It is a beautiful little mountain top village. Nice hike/walk down to Taormina or easy bus if you wish. Great place to relax. I would worry about it being even more overrun with tourists in peak season but it makes sense why. If you drive by car and are not comfortable with small, steep roads - take some anxiety meds and take your time!

Quiet and quaint village.

Quiet and quaint village. The views are amazing, there are the basic shops like pharmacy and grocer in case you need something. The only downside is the frequency of the busses out of Castelmola. The first one is about 6.30am-7am to go to Taormina, and then the next one is 10am. Most shops open around 10am, except for the cafe in the piazza and the pharmacy, which open earlier. You can get anywhere in Castelmola on foot. There is also il sentiero dei Saraceni which takes you on foot to Taormina. It is a steep walk down so prepare comfortable shoes if you plan on taking this walk.

Amazing place to stay.

Amazing place to stay. We went to Taormina for the day and enjoyed Castelmola during the evenings. Amazing view of the city and Mt Etna from the castle. It was easy to get to Taormina and we used both walking paths to get upto Castelmola, we enjoyed both paths equally. Loads of good shops/restaurants in the area too. Pizzeria Nina for pizza was amazing.

Castelmola is a very nice and well maintained small village.

Castelmola is a very nice and well maintained small village. We ate in the B&B so I can not say anything about the restaurants but there are Some nice bars. We had a parking space in front of the B&B for free

The cottage is great and has the most beautiful view on the valley and the Etna! The rooms are big and the terasse is perfect for having breakfast outside with a view. The cottage is very isolated from the rest of the hotel so it is very intimate. The staff is very nice and helpfull with the luggages, car, etc. There was also a basket of food when entering the loft! For the price, it is an amazing deal!!

Great location right in the center of Castelmola. Spacious apartment with great facilities including espresso machine, cooking appliances and washing machine. The host is lovely and met us on the way to show us the secure parking and the apartment. It is a good base very close to Taormina, we even walked there it takes 35 mins walking.

This apartment was a great choice. The view is breathtaking! It was clean, bright and had all the amenities we needed. Our bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. Castelmola is a charming small town on the top of the hill - the drive up there is a challenge but also a great experience.

Nice place. In my opinion Castelmola is nicer then Taormina. Private parking is very convinient. Room is on the top floor so be prepared to climb few stairs and also low ceiling.
