Chioggia is a gem in the northeast of Italy. if you want to visit Venice, better to lodge in Chioggia, save some money and travel to Venice either by bus or by ferry. beautiful and scenographic ride from Chioggia to Venice. Lovely old town, lively but not overun. Countless bars and restaurants with pavement tables - some of the latter very good indeed, especially if you are a fish-lover. The pace is relaxed and the atmosphere welcoming. A real town lived in by real people- who come out in force for the huge Thursday street. We loved Chioggia - a real find. The accommodation has a very strategic location, close to everything. That's the most important thing for me. Otherwise, the accommodation consists of one room divided in half into a sleeping area and a kitchenette with a table. The bathroom is fully adequate, just in the shower was very difficult to manage betweenhot and cold water. It was central to everywhere, free parking, across the street from the dog beach which is a great beach with an amazing restaurant. Barbara who manages the property is the BOMB! The apartmant is big enough for a family, it is well equipped, the terrace is huge. It has very good location, only a corner away from the beach. There is a bakery, a shop, etc. within 150 metres.
