We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and stress-free. They were always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and very well maintained. The entire hotel was clean and inviting, creating a relaxing atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection of fresh pastries and other delicious options ,the perfect way to start the day :) Everything was perfectly organized, and we truly felt taken care of throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Hotel is a hidden gem. Very nice secluded location on the pass right before Sesto, sorounded with mountains, very romantic and very scernic. Hotel is a very good four star hotel, very clean, trooms are comfortable, bathrooms are big,bright and very clean. There is quite big wellness wuith a beautiful pool, jaccuzzi and different saunas. Breakfast is superb and dinner beyond everything. And they have very good and professional staff. We will definitely come again, we just hope, they will have the same chef also next year:-)

Very nice view , lake front and the staff is friendly. We arrived at 11am and they quickly cleaned the room and allow us to have early check in around 12pm. Room size is big .

Olga and Monica were really great hosts! I wish this Rifugio was super famous, and people just flow here every day! I can not describe my experience in words! If a wanderer could call anything a home, it would definitely be this one. I wish more people could experience this place. Olga is a very friendly generous woman. The hotel is situated in a very beautiful location with an amazing view. The people are so good and if you tell them they can make some adjustments in the menu. We are vegetarian and they prepared veg food just for us! The food was delicious and the staff were amazing. It is definitely worth for the money and experience.

Martin was extremely accommodating. The hotel is in a great location and has exceptional views. The room was lovely, had a fridge, balcony looking out to the mountains and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was incredible!
