This place appears to be in the process of renovation and was fresh and clean. We had 2 balconies! Reception was easy, location was about 15 minute walk to the south beach area. Glad to have airport transportation available at 20 Euros. There was a small frig in the common area.

We stayed for one night only to catch an early flight from Fiumicino. We opted for a late check-in as we were unsure about our exact time of arrival. Communication via WhatsApp was prompt and to the point. Everything we agreed upon was arranged perfectly. Airport transfer at 6 am was on time and reasonably priced. Beds were comfortable, the room functional, everything clean and well maintained.

The icon of the hotel is roof top swimming pool! We really enjoyed it. Everything in room and hotel was clean and the hotel staff done their job very professional. In the reception we ordered in a taxi in advance, to take us to airport in the night and the taxi picked up us exactly on time. Thank you for a nice stay.

This all came from our colleague who stayed there. she loved the location and the whole motif of the hotel. it was very homey and felt like you are outside the city. They loved how easy it was to get transport in and around the area. breakfast was lovely with a very good variety of dishes. all in all it was a lovely night for her while waiting for her flight. quite unexpected to say the least for a hotel near the airport.

Fiumicino is best known for its access to the Eternal City through Leonardo Da Vinci International Airport. Despite this recent claim to fame, Fiumicino includes several archaeological sites around the ancient harbors of Ostia and Portus. The little coastal town of Fiumicino offers a lot more than most usually think or assume, probably because it is an airport town. There are many very good restaurants on the little inland waterfront, which is cute and fun to walk down with many active bars and cafes also. There are also more good restaurants and bars etc., on the pretty beach front strip. The town is very safe, people are nice, not a bad place to spend a day at all!

Fiumicino in October is very pleasant and a nice change from...

Fiumicino in October is very pleasant and a nice change from the bustle of Rome. The beach is nice and the restaurants are good. It is far superior to most places you have to hang out in to be near an airport for a flight.

The walk from the Diana Home Rome FCO to the restaurants is...

The walk from the Diana Home Rome FCO to the restaurants is only 5 min. The shop owners are amazingly friendly and helpful. The restaurants are famous for their fresh seafood, and of course everything Italian. It's safe and beautiful and a tremendously coveted place to be. Ask the host about setting up reservations, or day trip info, she is exceptionally accommodating beyond any other place we visited. I will forever promote this place. I call my "Happy place" It's a 5 star all the way around. clean environment, secure, helpful and caring people, and super great value. Smiles, and love surrounds this place. I wish I could move here...I could market it 100%

This is the first time I stayed in an apartment during...

This is the first time I stayed in an apartment during vacation. This apartment is clean and close to the FCO airport. Franco, the apartment manager or owner, is extremely helpful. He sent clear instructions to access the apartment through WhatsApp. Whenever I asked him questions through WhatsApp, he responded very quickly with clear answers or explanations. He helped to arrange a taxi to drive my son and me to the airport. His services are wonderful. We enjoyed staying in this apartment.

The close proximity of the hotel to the airport make this an excellent place to stay. The hotel is connected to the airport by a walkway, making it an ideal place to stay. The food is good, and the bar excellent. Nice bathroom, linens and bed. It is pricey, but the close proximity to the airport makes it worth it.

Stayed too far from city center.

Stayed too far from city center. Taxi was about $100 euros each way. Would have stayed longer if we had the time. If we stayed longer we would choose a hotel much closer to tourist areas, we stayed close to the airport. Lots of places to see and lots of stores to visit, and tones of restaurants.

Stayed for one night before going on to Siena. Close to Fiumicino airport, you can get there by local bus for 7 euros. The room is quite large, spacious, new. Comfortable large bed. The room has a refrigerator, TV, separate spacious bathroom with all the necessary amenities. In the fully equipped shared kitchen on the ground floor of the hotel there is everything you need to cook, a kettle, coffee machine, water cooler and snacks for breakfast. The owner Mario kindly arranged for us to return to the airport.

Very convenient as it's just about 10 min train ride from Fiumicino Airport and train station is just next to the hotel. Nothing much around hotel except for a mall with some retail shops, Ikea, a supermarket and some fast food to pass the time. Room is decent for a one night stopover for a connecting flight.

The hotel is conveniently located 10 minutes away from Fiumicino airport. My room was quiet, comfortable and clean, reception staff was kind and helpful. Affordable shuttle service to/from airport is an asset. The hotel also has a restaurant and an open air pool (closed during winter).
