exceptional welcome, great customer service. Maria and her team were truly amazing. Loved the breakfast and the wonderful company. It felt like home. I managed to arrange transport from Airport although my flight was delayed Maria and her husband came and picked me up. I will be back exceptional service and genuine welcome. I recieved great support from the owner who waited for me for 5 hours during the night. My flight was diverted to Naples due to the storm in Rome. It was not clear if my plane could finally land in Rome. Despite all these problems and uncertainty, the owner was waiting for me until 3 AM in the morning. I am very grateful for this!

Very convenient for the airport. The bus runs at the top of the road direct to the terminal. The owner offers car transport too. Really great shower. Everything you need without being disturbed. End of the street is a cafe/petrol station/car wash... Watch the planes take off and eat breakfast.

Focene is a quite place, nestled in the nature beauty of the beach and a clear sky to enjoy. It's closeness to the airport and availablity of access by Bus and Taxi makes it very suitable for tourist.

I only stayed 1 night (my flight was changed 2 days before...

I only stayed 1 night (my flight was changed 2 days before travelling, to the previous day, and I wanted to wait for my daughter who was arriving the following day) so an unplanned stay really, I wanted to be close to the airport, so when booking I didn't know anything about the area.

FYI for travelers taking public transportation: it does take...

FYI for travelers taking public transportation: it does take awhile to get to the guest house where I stayed in Focene, requiring a 30-minute regional train from Terminii (3 euros) and depending on your timing, a half-hour wait for a bus ride of about 40 minutes (1 euro). But then just a short walk to the guest house from the bus stop and there is a Conad's grocery store en route which is helpful. I did not see the beach area of Focene, which might be very nice; the area I stayed was a very modest neighborhood simply to spend the night/get to the airport quickly the next morning.

The perfect place to stay after a long day of flying - 10...

The perfect place to stay after a long day of flying - 10 out of 10 - Marliena was very responsive over what’s app, and was able to help with transportation and answer any questions we had… Very promptly. For that reason alone, I would say that this is a great place to recover from a long flight, or to get ready for your next day of travel.

Close to the beach, apartment very clean and tidy with good facilities. There was a nice restaurant with great atmosphere called ca Cinqi about 300 yards from apartment. My advice would be to provide more bedding for sofa bed.
