The hotel exceeded all my expectations, and I highly recommend staying in this hotel in Ferrara. The hotel is very close to the train station, and just few minutes (around 10) walking from the city center. The staff was very nice and helpful, and I particularly acknowledge because they provided a gluten free option for me for the breakfast. The breakfast was amazing with several options.

Very nice hotel with spacious rooms, big bathroom, bathtub (!). Staff were very friendly, there is parking available, breakfast was not big but there were enough of things and everything was delicious. They also can give you a bike but it takes only 20 min walking to center of Ferrara. If I would go to Ferrara again I would stay in the same place cause it’s good value for money and the fact that hotel is a bit “oldish” makes it more special.

Breakfast was Great, Rooms were clean and modern, nice lighting, nice welcome gift. Incredibly kind and helpful staff. Location was perfect, right next to the main downtown area, we got lucky we went on a day with a local food festival. shower was also nice and had a cool massage feature.

The hotel and its staff are amazing. We were able to check in about 2 hours early, which was very much appreciated after a nearly 24 hour long journey to Ferrara. The staff were very kind and welcoming, and provided us with helpful information about the trains when a strike was going on.
