The breakfast and the staff were amazing. The bedroom was huge. The bathroom was extremely clean upon entry. The aesthetic of the hotel was really nice. Think old Italian romantic. The swimming pool was nice and the sea front was great no complaints. Probably your best option if you were staying in this area.

Comfortable room with great view. Beautiful common areas like the lobby area (lights are often left off) and pool area (we never tried the bar) Lovely paid spa area (waterfall never turned on, wet and dry saunas only ready on request). Convenient breakfast of satisfactory standard Reception staff great with baggage handling and offering us an early breakfast at 3:30am before our taxi came. Good value for money if compared to resort prices in Australia Great location - short walk to major beaches and easy access to buses (10 min walk to bus stop) Would come back here. Hope the take feedback and get better every time!

The room was kept spotlessly clean by the maids who were very friendly especially the Polish girl. The other two ladies were also very nice. The breakfast was great plenty of choice and nicely presented. All the staff were great and made us feel very welcome. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

I booked my stay reasonably late but the staff were super lovely and accommodating, even let me store my bike in the living area!! And keep my belongings stored after checking out. Very clean and comfortable. Lovely stay. Right in the middle of Giardini Naxos but very quiet.

Fantastic location very close to beautiful beach. The view from the balcony to die for: Etna and Ionian Sea. Absolutely stunning views. Giardini Naxos is a typical Sicilian tourist beachside resort with a beautiful sandy beach, many beach clubs and an abundance of bars, restaurants, cafes, gift shops etc. You can catch a local bus to the beautiful Taormina. There is also a train station if you would like to travel further afield.

Giardini is literally a 10 minutes bus ride from Taormina. Much more accessible to get around and a lot less expensive. It offers many dining options, beach (which Taormina doesn't), shopping and larger accommodations.

Alot of people do not speak english, and everything there including street sign are in ilalian. Had an excustion to the godfather on a hop on hop off bus(green) I had ordered from Get Your Guide and went 2 hours early and the direction they gave us was wrong and couldnt find the place for pick up in mountain. Had no wifi on my phone, even when i paid extra to get itWIFI on my phone. Tried to ask people but on one knew where to go. Traffic was terrible where the address was to pick up. So i ended up not making the excurion, and company is not giving me a refund. Also the rest RISTORANTE SABBIE D' ORO charged us $162.00(euro) for a 1 lobster. They stood over us until we order, couldnt speak english and the menu said 18 euros for a one lobster, thought that was a good price. Pressed us with extra stuff we did not want to order, because we could not understand them. Then we go to pay there system was down and couldnt take no visa or MC. Our bill was $350 eros. We had to go to atm machine and they charged us $75 to take money out of machine. BAD EXPERINCE!!!!!! I would suggest not to go there.

Giardini-Naxos and the surrounding towns are, however, unusually dirty, with a lot of litter scattered along the streets. The beach, on the other hand, has wonderfully clean and clear water. People are helpful. Traveling around, take time. The only rush is in traffic. If you travel by rental car, it helps to have a good map reader in the passenger seat and a calm mind. Honking is simply a part of the traffic culture. A motorcyclist may pass you on either the right or the left. Focus on the traffic is the most important thing. When choosing a rental car, you should go for one with medium power. Otherwise, it may not make it up the hills. We had a Toyota Yaris 1500 Petrol Hybrid Automatic. It was ok. An automatic gearbox makes driving easier.

Giardini Naxos is a bus ride away from Taormina. We enjoyed this quiet town, the restaurants were good, especially Trattoria da Lino. The beaches are stunning, even though they mostly have little stones, the water was clean and refreshing!

We had an amazing time at this hotel, it actually exceeded my expectations from every point of view. The hotel is spacious, the rooms modern, many facilities including tennis court and large gym, private beach, swimming pools, huge garden. The view from the room was amazing and the service was excellent. I’d like to say thank you to Anna at the reception for great local recommendations and for Nuzio from the restaurant for his great and welcoming service. I will come back soon!

Hosts are really polite and helpful. Hotel is located a little bit far from naxos giardini Playa (900 m) but is near Recanati area , which we liked the most , is more calm with nice restaurants and cafes , and a decent beach. If you are coming by car , this hotel is the best option , since there are no parking spots for free , closer to the center. Hotel 's parking can fit 8 to 10 cars.

It was the best price vs quality accommodation we had out of the 6 nights in Sicily. The room was large and crystal clean, equipped with all we needed. Emanuel was extremely helpful, sharing the precise amount of relevant information and offering us garage for the rented car. Breakfast was diverse witl Sicilian home-made specialties. I highly recommend this place!
