I stayed at Hotel 2000 with my 10 year old granddaughter who is from Texas and spending the summer with me in Italy. We came to the Naples area as she wanted to see Pompeii and Mt. Vesuvius because she studied it in school this past year. The staff were wonderful and always willing to assist with any question. My italian is not very good so Stefano called in a food delivery order for us and he delivered it to our cottage. I was able to park right next to the door to our cabin. The flowers and trees on the grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Each cottage has it's own small balcony. Grazie mille to all at Hotel2000

The host Nadia is outstanding. The property is located in a great location in secure private grounds. The apartment is well appointed and has everything you need. Nadia is an unbelievable host and has high standards. Cannot recommend this property highly enough, hopefully be back again.

We stopped in transit on our way to Tropea. My family and I rented two rooms for one night. We arrived late at night and were greeted well. The guy at the reception even opened the bar for us so we could have a few drinks and relax. The breakfast was standard, coffee, croissants, cookies, but it was enough for us.

The building has no elevator, and the room is furnished with shabby furniture, no chair, and no mini-fridge. The bathroom has no shelf to put personal items, and the toilet paper, unsealed, was thrown on the sink. The room has no electrical outlets and is very dirty. Definitely not suitable for families. I had booked for three days but only stayed two.

Generally, the area around Naples is terrible because it's terribly littered and people don't know the traffic rules (driving around Naples is terrible - one big chaos), but as a base for trips to Pompeii (which is also not clean) and the Amalfi coast it's ok if you don't leave the hotel and just sleep :) with an overnight stay with mandatory private parking.

Nothing the smell is awful and the room wasn’t clean we ended up leaving and we didn’t get a refund. It was the worst hotel ever! Don’t stay there.
