We had a fantastic stay! Germano and Micaela are absolutely wonderful hosts – warm, kind, and truly welcoming. The apartment itself is spacious, spotless, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need. Everything feels brand new and carefully planned to ensure comfort. Just a short walk away, we enjoyed the amazing new swimming pool located on the owners’ property – large, modern, and incredibly pleasant, with showers and changing cabins available and with stunning panoramic views. It is a real highlight of Vista Paradiso! The location is great – especially for those seeking peace, quiet, and a sense of privacy: just a few minutes (by car) to Itri where you can find all the essentials, and both Sperlonga and Gaeta are easily reachable within 15–20 minutes of driving. A car in this location is a must have. Also, it’s worth noting that the road up the mountain is quite narrow and steep – but the scenic views and the drive itself became a fun little adventure for us. We lacked nothing and left feeling very happy. Highly recommended!

We stayed in the family suite and it truly exceeded our expectations. Having two separate bedrooms and a spacious living room was perfect—especially once the kids went to bed, as it gave us a comfortable place to relax. A big bonus is that this suite takes up the entire floor, which made it feel very private. The space is well designed with plenty of beds, making it ideal for larger families or groups—up to six people can stay comfortably. Initially, we thought having the kitchen located on the first floor and shared with other guests might be a small inconvenience, but it turned out to be a great feature. It is large, quite well equipped (just add cavatappi please :), was always accessible, and it gave us the chance to socialize with other guests. Outside of the apartment, itri is absolutely lovely. The Gaeta beaches are just at the bottom of the hill—very close by car and with stunning views along the way. The town itself is charming, with some places to eat and enjoy evening walks. We also recommend making the climb up to the castle at the top of the hill—it’s full of history at every step and the views from the top are unforgettable!

We only used Itri as a base to visit the coastal areas. It was more economical that way and only a 20 minute drive away. Getting hotels for two days in Sperlonga in not cheap. These are 7 day locations. The accommodation also has a great little restaurant which serves local dishes. Great place to eat after returning from the beach.

This was the most beautiful Holiday place. The wiew, the hotel, the pool, the rooms, it was absolutely stunning. We were only here two days, but we need to come back, as this is one of the most stunning places i ever seen. Beside that, the owner is the most sweet and helpful person. He is there to help 24/7, answers your messages within a very short time, and goes on af beyond to help you with any needs. This is really the perfect place to go on holiday.

- Bright and spacious apartment with a cute courtyard garden and outside utility room. - All the essentials included. Air conditioning worked well - Perfect for 2 people, close proximity to the centre of Itri and a supermarket, cafe, greengrocers and chemists all within a 5 minute walk. - the apartment was very clean. - the host was friendly and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again 👍

The staff was very kind, always present and ready to fulfill every request. It is a lovely place surrounded by greenery, quiet, you can enjoy the view and fresh air. I liked Rebecca's availability, she can suggest anything on what to see, where to eat and more in Itri, Gaeta, and Sperlonga. P.s the breakfast was delicious. They serve freshly baked orange flavoured muffins (which her dad prepares)!

The accommodation was perfect for us. We used it as a base to visit Sperlonga. The town of Itri itself is just a small provincial Italian town. The accommodation is well decorated and larger than we expected with all the necessary facilities. The B&B owner also has a restaurant downstairs which we used and really enjoyed the food . The prices were very reasonable and the food delicious.
