My son and I travel a lot and stay in many hotels and apartments — but this place truly stands out. First of all, the interiors: if you love the charm of tenement-style buildings blended with modern touches and exquisite design, you’ll fall in love here. The location couldn’t be more central or convenient — everything is just steps away. But as always, what makes the biggest difference is the host. Incredibly responsive, flexible, easy to communicate with, and genuinely helpful. I don’t think I’ve ever had such smooth, pleasant communication with any host before. A big plus: the modern, well-equipped kitchen, stocked with coffee, snacks, and fruit. Honestly, this place is a gem.

Exceptional location in quiet street a few metres away from piazza Maggiore, great breakfast including cereal, cold cuts and cheeses and sweet tarts and excellent selection of tea, helpful staff, wonderful shower. Other reviews mentioned scuff marks amd signs of wear and tear in hallway - this is because it is natural stone, nor scuff marks!

Everything is exceptional. Beautiful interior, awesome location, fantastic food. The hotel team is very caring and going out of their ways to accommodate the guests - starting from the reception desk, to the restaurant and cleaning. The parking host went an extra mile today to help us when we were struggling to enter the location of the next destination of our journey after Bologna - we were so surprised and happy to find him double-checking on us at the point we were already frustrated in the car and figure it out! This stay exceeded our expectations in almost every way. The room was a bit too dark than expected. Apart from that the breakfast was exceptional. The facilities within the stay was amazing, including the gym which you were able to use 24/7 and the bar. The staff was very helpful and friendly and we were even able to check-in super early. A perfect budget friendly stay in Bologna.
