Perfect, Everything is New. Pool is in Sun all day so perfect temperature. New House, aircon works flawlessly, Everything just works. Owner are the nicest people you could ask for. Bringing presents every day. Licquer, fresh eggs, vegetables from their private garden. An unique experience you wont find many places. Beautifull sunset in the evenings. Would recommend to everyone, everyday!

I have been traveling around Europe for many years, and I must say that this app was one of the best I have ever been to. In all possible ways. First, it is located in the middle of Tuscany. What more do you want if you travel by car. Everything is near - Firenze, the coast, Siena, Vinci, Pisa.. The little town is nice and people are warm and friendly. The app is renovated in a beautiful fashion..with gusto, like the italians would say. And the host family is more then great. They are all friendly and warm people who are there if you need anything. Giuseppe is really a great host that made us feel at home! And the price is great. The kitchen has all utensils you need and a parking space is in front of the app. Like I said...simply great!

Larciano itself is nice, but not particularly outstanding, but there are many interesting things to see in the surrounding area. Since it's important to me that the places I visit are not too crowded with tourists, the place suited me, and you can really see it all in one evening.

The town is small but very pleasant – like many in Tuscany.

The town is small but very pleasant – like many in Tuscany. It's close to Pistoia, beautiful Lucca, Pisa, Livorno, and Florence – easy access everywhere. There are plenty of nice places to eat – a perfect place to fall in love with Tuscany, if by any chance you haven't already!

Excellent dinner at Enoteca Bonfanti Ristorante, featuring Tuscan dishes and more. We shopped at the COOP. It's well-stocked, and the lasagna from the deli is excellent. There are also many locally sourced products (olive oil, pasta, traditional biscuits, etc.).

If you are looking for combination of hotel and apartment, don't look further. Everything looks the same like on photos and location is great for spending couple of peaceful days in Tuscany. It is just 15 minutes drive from Leonardo Da Vinci birthhouse and ca. 50 minutes drive from both, Firenze and Pisa. Valentino was polite and always at hand but not "pushy", i.e. it really felt like at home. Homemade breakfast with quality ingredients adds additional plus.

The hotel is very clean, specially the toillets, with first class towels. Location is perfect for those who wants to visit many cities in tuscany, as it is located within main roads, easilly accessible. The parking lot is plenty of slots for small or bug cars. In the vicinity several small towns with good restaurants. The breakfast served as early as 6:30 in the morning helps to start touring trips early as well.

Despite our late arrival the night porter was there to greet us. Our room was lovely - airy, clean and spacious. The bed was really comfortable, too . Breakfast the next morning was exceptional! There was so much choice, catering for every taste and need, from scrambled eggs to croissants to yoghurts, seeds and fruit. The hotel was ideally situated for continuing on our journey. The perfect stopover!
