The breakfast was amazing, the rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was super friendly, and you could get city bikes to cycle around the town. We stayed there for the Ironman of Cervia, and it was very convenient, as the day of the event, breakfast was served earlier, and there was also a shuttle to go from the hotel to the event start.

We stayed in this hotel, during the Ironman week. I am a bit (really :) ) picky with cleaning and water pressure in the shower because of my curly hair. All I can say is that this hotel goes above an beyond with cleaning. They changed our towels every SINGLE day and topped up 'shampoo..etc' samples every day too. We had an amazing view to the sea. We had no issues with noise from inside or outside of the hotel. The bed is really comfortable and the floor gets cleaned every day too, which I really appreciated, because as hard as we tried to clean our feet, there was always some sand that would fall off from our clothes. The continental buffet breakfast was really good, with a lot of delicious hot and cold selections. We also used the hotel bikes to travel around town, as most locals do, and it was really fun and easy/environmental friendly/exciting way to view many areas around Cervia. Staff were absolutely amazing, and kept us informed on any town related issues (E.g road closures on our check-out day), and would accommodate any requests. Check-in and check-off was very easy. This good quality for money stay exceeded our expectations so much, that we are considering going back next year! Next year to get a PB on the Ironman course :)

Lovely hotel in a great location but it was the staff that made it extra special. We went to for my 60th birthday & also to watch the Ironman and the staff were so kind and welcoming it really made for a special and memorable weekend. And a beautiful and friendly little dog that walks around welcoming everyone! Thankyou so much !

The ambiance of the hotel is quiet and molto tranquillo. Staff is great, nice, and attentive. Breakfast spread is superb. There are so many choices (sweet and savory). The view from our room is amazing. There's a water dispenser for free water. There's no restaurant at the hotel, but just right in front of it, there's a pizzeria (two-thumbs up). The hotel is very near to the beach, restaurants, shops and game areas for kids. The hotel has a bar for coffee and cocktails, and they also serve very good gelato.

This friendly family hotel was everything we wanted. The two sisters in charge were delightful, friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was very clean, lots of towels at our disposal. Breakfast portions were generous , with a variety of croissants, biscuits, meats , juices and coffees.
