I was so pleasantly surprised with this place! I wasn't sure I would enjoy camping, but I definitely did! It's truly the perfect place for kids. A huge pool with slides and activities, a playground, and a pizza bar right around the corner. The beach is a short walk away and everyone has their own beach umbrellas. The mobile home with the 3 bunk bed room was such a fun experience for my 3 kids. We asked to stay longer because we were all having such a nice, relaxing time. Will definitely come back next year!

We loved it a lot and enjoyed the facility. The staff was amazing and very helpful, and every doubt we had they reassured and helped us . The breakfast was amazing. We had options to choose from, and as I noticed, they had options for gluten-free and vegans, which exceeded my expectations. The room was great . The hotel is essential 300 m from the beach and not even 50 m from the main way where you have a variety of restaurants and shop which you can enjoy in the evening. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful Hotel in Lignano Sabbiadoro. Clean and welcoming Hotel. The staff is super efficient and at the same time very friendly and always available for any type of need. The breakfast is fresh and of excellent quality products with the classic cappuccino. The structure is located a stone's throw from the sea and the penal area in front of the Porto Vecchio. The rooms are new and welcoming, the value for money is excellent.

A pleasant, cozy hotel near beach and Pineta center, around 10 min walking. The hosts are very friendly and kind. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of different food and great coffee, which is surprisingly for hotels in Italy. There are bikes for free rent and a plenty of free parking. The room was a bit small, but everything else was great.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything you need — from kitchenware to appliances. The beach is just a short walk away. The hosts are very friendly and respond quickly to any messages or requests. A perfect place to stay in Lignano Sabbiadoro. Highly recommended!

Mold everywhere!!!! Horible experience!! Old hotel and horible management, expecting housekeeping to make a moldy hotel look good! I feel sooo sorry for the housekeeping!! Broken shower, no parking and poor breakfast !! Mold in the pool , tall grass and mold in the pool all arround!!

The hotel and staff are lovely, our standard room was basic but very clean and actually a really good size with a fridge and decent AC! the pool is great but you're also not too far from the beach. Breakfast was good, especially the eggs made to order alongside a great buffet.

The location was great, close to the beach, close to the city centre, restaurants, everywhere. You can park your car in the garden. Breakfast was great - a good choice of everything. The owner of the hotel was very helpful in all aspects. You can rent hotel bikes for free.

All was ok. Close to beach, good breakfast, small entertainment events almost every night, good restaurant and very good price for 4 star hotel. Parking place is smart organized to place all guests cars in hotels private yard , even the yard is not very big

A bit "old-styled" hotel but clean, nothing was missing in the room (air condition, small fridge). Very friendly staff. Only about 10-12 minutes by walk from beach. Very good breakfast(amazing croissants) and free parking included in price :-)

Everything was great, clean spacious rooms, breakfast with a broad selection, close to the beach but still in a quiet location, loungers and umbrella at the beach, bar with good cocktails, 24/7 pool, friendly staff throughout the hotel.

Staff was kind … breakfast was reasonably great and the walk to the beach was surprisingly not as far as it seemed from hotel. Good central spot for places to eat shop and gelato.

It was a very nice stay, the staff was friendly and the location is superb 👌 We can only recommend this hotel and will be coming back for sure...
