Rooms were beautiful and immaculate, beautifully designed. The hotel itself was beautiful and with perfect Tuscany charm. Enjoying river view at every breakfast and sunset at dinner are perfect ways to start the day and wind down after a day of touring. Breakfast was good and the hotel prepared fresh fruit juices every morning and brought them to the table specifically for the guests (unlike some where fruit juices were just produced in bulk and placed on buffet bar table). Staff were attentive and joyful - happy staff happy place! Prior to our arrival we requested the hotel to make a few restaurant reservations and we were presented with a professionally prepared typed up letter with details of all the reservations. These are the little details that differentiate a true five star hotel from a mediocre one. We loved the place so much and it's by far one of the best 5 stars hotel we've stayed at.

The property was beautiful! We was greeted by extremely friendly and helpful staff, they could not do enough for you. We were upgraded to a beautiful garden room, which was lovely as it was my birthday. We had reserved a table at the La Loggia restaurant and had the vegetarian tasting menu and it was absolutely incredible. We had in room breakfast the next morning with a view and spent time at the pool, which was very relaxing. We loved that the property was dog friendly, even though we didn’t take ours, it was lovely to cuddle other people’s.

Alberto was super helpful, even i could not provide him the exact hour of my arrival coz of my work, he still managed to get a solution and I managed to do self check-in with the instructions he gave me. The facilities are great for the cost of booking. I was also surprised with my room location it was awesome with direct access to the sitting area in the garden ♥️ Thank you Alberto! I would definitely come back here on my next trip in Florence.

Friendly staff above all. Restaurant was nice. Bar area really good with snacks to buy Wine was good and much better value than UK Rooms were very clean with good shower. We could not have asked for anything more really. We did not have car and staff helped with transportation - local knowledge.

A wonderful hotel in a very pleasant and cozy Fiesole. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 7-minute walk from the bus stop in the city center. There is a supermarket not far from the hotel. A very pleasant and responsive owner of the hotel, to whom we turned several times for help and advice on tourist places. The breakfasts are simple, but there is enough in excess not to feel hungry until lunch. It is very cool that there are restored old furniture in the rooms, this only adds to the charm of the villa.

The view from the room was beautiful. We woke up to a view of beautifully landscaped valleys stretching all the way to the city of Florence in the distance. All the breakfast items were excellent and included fresh apricot juice and local preserves.
