Absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. We were delighted with the stunning views from our balcony and the amenities provided. A special mention goes to the owner of the apartments, who was incredibly helpful when we discovered a flat tire on our car one morning. He immediately assisted us in getting it fixed, which saved our day and allowed us to continue our trip without any major disruptions. I definitely recommend everyone to stay at this place!

Due to our personal reasons that affected Tiziana and Sergey's itinerary(Hope I'm right about the name), thank you for their tolerance and allowing us to have an unforgettable time. Talking with them made me feel the meaning of life. Great place and it feels like home. Hosts reactions are very quick and respond in English. Very big kitchen and a separate living area. Great 3 bedrooms. Parking possible next to the tower build in 1200 and 20 meters from the entrance of the house. Very typical Italian narrow street to drive into but it is possible with a normal car. We would came back!

I will not recommend it. Just leave, and go away. There are still many other good houses on booking.com, go booking those ones. Keep the place far from uproar, make the paradise become an unverifiable tale. You should not be here, in case it is not available for me when I want to be here. . It's not fancy. It's not perfect. It's not brilliant. It's not luxurious. Absolutely not. It's more than those unnecessary vanities. It's the place you really want to stay. Through the orchard and paling opening, the dog tail wagging and seeing the gorgeous yard with amazing valley. This is home, a really living house with smoking wood mantelpiece, not the farmhouse decorated for tourist. With a book, the sunset and sun rise. Or a cup of coffe with landlady sharing the music and life. After the comfortable breakfast, you will know the reason falling in love with Italy. I did not check out. It's just saying goodbye to an old friend. You will full energy with wonderful and dream memory.

Amazing staying Nice clean room, all as described Very lovely garden with chairs and tables + covered terrace with sofa. Spectacular view Breakfast pasty on your choice were the best, definitely cooked the same morning, coffee, fridge, fully equipped kitchen zone. It was a pleasure to stay there Parking is free, a couple minutes walk from hotel The nice man met us, helped with luggage to bring upstairs, as no elevator, but only 1 floor up. Also it was very nice, he told us about festive celebrations in a town and it was fantastic

Wonderful holiday home, with excellent facilities and a view to die for! Very comfortable and immaculately clean accommodation. Our hosts Tiziana and Sergio could not have been more welcoming and were on hand as needed with suggestions for local amenities and services. I cannot wait to come back to Lubriano and to stay again at Le Calanque La Terrazza Su Civita.

Originally I thought this facility was in Bagnoregio, in fact it’s about 3 kilometres away. It’s in Lubriano, which is a bit of a dead end, but there’s a wonderful restaurant just below the building. The garden and view of Bagnoregio (from the garden and the breakfast room) is outstanding

The lady is very kind and helpful. Since there are not many buses passing by Lubriano, she went to pick me up at the bus stop and drove me to Bornegio to take a bus to Viterbo. The view of the Civita Di Bornegio from the grotta is lively. The grotta and it's surrounding is wonderful 👍
