Exceptional service from the staff. We only stayed for one night but wished we had stayed longer. The rooms were clean, with a beautiful terrace. Breakfast was included and did not disappoint. The resort is a 9-minute walk from the beach. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful resort in great location, loved the view of the sea and the terrace and garden in front the appartement. Very nice restaurant, near the pool, the breakfast was very good, also dinner and always good wine. Would come back again for sure!

Da Michele truly captures the Italian spirit — warm, informal, and community-centered. This place has it all: sea, mountains, charming villages, and nature. The views are mind-blowing! The property itself feels like a boho-style Bali retreat — modern, stylish, and so comfortable. We absolutely loved it. Even more special, the owner built this place with his family while working hard every day. He was incredibly attentive, prepared breakfast for us, always sweet and approachable. Staying here felt personal, genuine, and unforgettable. Also it is close to all : 5 min drive to beach and city. Strongly recommend — a rare gem full of beauty, heart, and soul! Thanks so much! The property was amazing, we had a lovely stay, wished we had booked for longer. The staff were so helpful and couldn’t do enough to make our experience the best. It felt like a retreat away from everything, the beautiful beach was stunning and a stones throw away, the accommodation was clean and was cleaned everyday to a very high standard, the facilities were great and the evening restaurant was fantastic 10/10 food and service. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Lovely staff, great location, pet friendly, nice breakfast delivered directly to your room. The beach is only a couple of minutes walk away. There are also good restaurants right down the street. The town is a 4 minute drive for additional restaurants and shops. The boat tour the team arranged for us was stunning. Highly recommend! We will be back!

    Sea, mountains, forest so beautiful!

    Sea, mountains, forest so beautiful! The town has a few bars and restaurants enough for a week- 10 days though if you go down to the beach there are lots more there, but it’s a drive from the town it’s too far to walk. Loved the live music in the town on some nights, the restaurants get busy and some needed booking.

    The only way to get here is by car and there really is not...

    The only way to get here is by car and there really is not much to do in the area. Mattinata is a quaint town with a few eateries which are not that varied. To access the beach again is a drive with parking a problem at times. We went to Vieste for the day but it was a hair raising drive home in the dark. We also went to Monte St. Angelo which again is worth seeing but only a day is needed for here. Manfredino is not a very picturesque area quite industrial in parts. A week is long enough in this area and you will have seen all there is to see. However it is a lovely destination if you are happy to be by the pool for a relaxing break, although it is 2 hours from the airport.

    Cozy city on a hill-side.

    Cozy city on a hill-side. A couple of good restaurants (with a sea / city overlooking view), make sure you make a reservation to those ones, we were there off-season, and had difficulties having a table... Main street closed for cars (which is good) during season. Find you parking areas just outside centre (2 min walk), inner city streets are Italian, so it might be easier to park outside centre.

    Lovely village having 2 parts: one up on the hill with pretty narrow streets & one down by the seaside, where houses/villas/B&Bs are hidden by an orchid of olive trees. Highly recommended to go only to the restaurants/masserias/trattoria that are on the beach - the menu & quality of the dishes is excellent!

    Nice countryside neighborhood. Nice apartment with big rooms and comfy beds. The apartment is located in the newly refurbished farmer house at the olive plantation. The welcoming by owners with bread, home olive oil and home tomatoes was outstanding. The view from the livingroom for olive plantation, sea and the bay as well as for Mattinata was breathtaking bouth day and night. We could use the fresh vegetables and herbs from the home garden.
