A cozy, comfortable, and incredibly clean room. The owners are very friendly and pleasant, and their daughter is absolutely charming. Everything is well thought out. The shower is fantastic, and the bed is very comfortable. Although breakfast was not included, we were offered wonderful fresh fruit, homemade honey, and delicious olive oil. In addition, the house was stocked with various types of milk, water, and other complimentary items, which was a very pleasant touch. Parking is located right across from the hotel — a small, I would even say tiny, square where you can park, which works well since it’s a small town without much traffic. One important note: unfortunately, Google Maps shows the wrong location. To arrive at the correct place, it's best to search for Studio Dentistico dott. Vittorio D'Inzeo — this will guide you precisely to the property.

Perfect hospitality and a family atmosphere with an extremly friendly overall team. Everthing is done by heart and all food was homemade or locally sourced. You can really feel that everyone is 100% behind what they are doing !!!!! Their own olive oil is the best I ever tasted ;-). Full recommondation if you like a rural atmosphere !!

What an absolute gem of a property. Everything you would ever need for an over night or few weeks vacation. Super comfy, warm (24th December and snowing) A home from home...away! The owners couldn't be more accommodating if they wanted to. A great couple that obviously put their all in to making guests feel extremely happy with they visit. Also extremely knowledgeable about the area, i understand they offer tours as well as accommodation.

A very quiet and welcoming town. The only flaw we noticed was that the surrounding area isn't very well-maintained and feels abandoned. Otherwise, we were satisfied.

Excellent hospitality, with sweet and affectionate family dogs and cats, a real plus. The owners are always available to meet any needs. Complete freedom in the countryside, a secluded location, and endless stargazing in the evenings.

The masseria is excellent from the services, to the courtesy...

The masseria is excellent from the services, to the courtesy, large parking, the genuine cuisine, to spend a few days in peace, it is ideal, if however you think of moving often, the roads are in bad condition, potholes and patches, you have to pay attention to the road surface.

The facility had a great restaurant and they went out of the way to accomodate our gluten free needs. We used the spa, hot tub on the roof with a great view, and i got a massage. We were treated to a super relaxing experiance. Highly recommend this family run hotel.
