Cool place close to the highway. We stopped here halfway of our way to central Italy and we did not mind it. There are a lot of facilities: local restaurant with good food and big parking space. One tip: close the windows during the night because there are local animals which can be noisy in the early morning (like rooster). The owner and the little dog was a great plus.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, which made everything easily accessible. One of the highlights was their bakery: the breakfast was rich, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Michela is an exceptional host. She helped with anything queried or needed. We loved the accommodation. We stayed in one of the 2 rooms and will definitely return to explore the area more if we have the opportunity. We really liked the garden to the rear of the property too.

The location is perfect (with a quick access to the narrow old town streets, but still a hassle free entrance to the car park from the other side of the house). Our host was incredible, although we had a language barrier (we didn't speak Italian) she managed to communicate everything with a translator app. All our questions were answered and we got loads of useful information as well. The rooms had character and the place felt loved. It was really a lovely stay. The breakfast was also exceptional. a special thanks to returning one of our jackets (that we forgot in the room)! would definately recommend this to anyone looking for a special accommodation in the old town, in an old building - with a perfect hostess
