Villa Elisa came recommended by friends who have stayed there six times. We can now see why they love it so much. The hotel is beautiful in every way and the staff are too. It’s a family run hotel and all the better for that. The gorgeous grounds are kept in fantastic condition and the pool is superb. Great breakfast which you can enjoy in the grounds as well as indoors. We took advantage of the very convenient parking. Our room had a fantastic view of Bordighera and the sea. Thank you to all the staff there and we hope to see you again.

Villa Eva Hotel & Beach has it ALL: a spectacular location; elegant finishing in rooms and corridors; great facilities (from the vast terraces in every room with the amazing views to the private pebble beach, pool area and elegant bar and restaurant) that make it impossible not to relax and, if only for a moment, forget about your worries (I did… And I would have thought it impossible!). And then there’s the staff: the finest, most professional and genuinely helpful people you’ll ever meet! We are so grateful to them… Grazie mille! Value for money? I still can’t believe we paid what we paid, got what we got… and all with a hearty and delicious breakfast, to boot! This place made the 3200 km (all round) drive from where we live worth every aching minute and every drop of fuel!

The welcome from Olga was fantastic. She was responsive to all my messages, friendly and very helpful with suggestions of things to do and restaurants too! The room and hotel was very clean, very comfortable and quiet. Plus, it was within easy walking distance from the train station. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will most definitely return then on my next trip.

We had to make an unexpected overnight stay in Ventimiglia as there was a railway strike. Most of the hotels near the station were fully booked. We stumbled upon Sole Mare and immediately booked as the price and inclusion of breakfast made it a great deal for our family of four. The location and views were amazing, the beach and restaurants were across the road from the hotel - which provided something for us to do for the afternoon. The staff were the friendliest people we had met in Italy, and the breakfast and service were a real treat. The hotels decor is also so beautiful.
