We were 4 travellers and requested to stay in 1 room. - The room provided was very large and spacious. - The location was also excellent, close to all main amenities, with supermarket and restaurants very, and yet secluded and very quiet. Also very close to some seeing spots, with Centro Storico Narni (a beautiful medieval town) only 10 minutes away by car. - We were travelling by car and a large parking area is available. - Beds large and comfy, mattresses very comfortable - Staff very friendly, and a kind receptionist gave us a discount voucher to visit Cascate delle Marmore, which is unmissable. - Good breakfast, croissants and cakes were delicious - Overall a very pleasant stay and the hotel exceeded our expectations

A very big apartment for the cost, including a living room and kitchen. Perfect for long stays but we were just there for two nights. New Ans updated facilities. Host was very welcoming, bringing is anti-mosquito coils when we saw us eating outside. Great view of the old city as well as olive groves. A great romantic get away. I stayed here as part of a little personal pilgrimage and very easy to reach. He even gave us a little glass of prosseco as we left.

You can walk up to the old town, although I only walked down...

You can walk up to the old town, although I only walked down because Google Maps only showed a route up the main road, which looked very busy and unsuitable for walking. I advise checking the bus times as they don’t seem to be that frequent. Once you’re in the old town, there’s plenty to see. I did the Narni Underground tour. It was in Italian, but I had a folder of notes to read so I was able to follow the gist of what the guide said. Highly recommended!

It’s a great location - less than 5 minutes’ walk from the railway station. The hotel is surprisingly good, and better than you might think when you first arrive. The room (double bed) was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious with a good shower. Breakfast was copious and varied.

Wonderful location and beautifully restored country estate. The owner/host and his family was so wonderful. We received great advice where to have dinner and table bookings were arranged for us. Nothing was too much. We hope to be able to come back in the future!

Comfortable. Convenient for the town centre. All facilities in the apartment were good. Host was so helpful as we booked as a last minute decision. Narni has a lovely centre and is a town that could be easily overlooked.
