Very nice- clean and quiet place. Everything on highest level. Modern italian Style- very comfortable. The guest House is perfect to explore the Centro Storico of Offida by foot. Parking directly in the opposite- also a good bar for breakfast 50 meters round the corner. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. They have also a restaurant downhill where you can have a nice Dinner. All in all 10 Stars and Highly recommended!

Great selection at the buffet breakfast. Pool use including towels was perfect. Staff all very cheerful, kind and helpful. Rooms were perfect, clean, comfortable with a great view. Wish we could have stayed more nights as we were only stopping off in the area before driving up to Milan! We were able to drive to beautiful villages nearby.

Unfortunately I had a damaged knee so the 2 flights of stairs up to the room were difficult. Offida a very pleasant village, again, the cobbles on hilly ground made walking very difficult for me. And at 91 and 80 I don't think we could possibly be described as a "young couple"!! We went to a couple of good restaurants, good food, cheaper than at home in Spain. We had come for my son's wedding and the various villages we were taken to were very pleasant. We will not return, but that is not because of any faults, simply that our travelling days are now over,

A very beautiful, well-kept, and clean village.

A very beautiful, well-kept, and clean village. The residents are courteous, helpful, and cheerful. The carnival they organize is well-organized, with plenty of security and public restrooms. A joyful and peaceful celebration. I went alone with my Jack Russell and felt at home and safe wandering the village streets alone. Thank you, Offida. Excellent!

The town's historic center is small but charming; the absence of cars makes strolling a pleasure. Highlights include the central square, lined with splendid buildings, the Sanctuary of Santa Maria della Rocca, the lacemakers' street, and the view of the Sibillini Mountains.

Very nice house in a great location. The room was very clean. The house owner doesn't speak English, but that wasn't a problem for us. There is a person who speaks English and you can contact with her any questions you may have. The owner of the house serves an excellent breakfast every morning on the terrace with a very nice view. The house is in a very good location to visit the most beautiful places in the Marche region. We highly recommend visiting Offida, Ripatransone, Petritoli, Grottammare Alta, Torre di Palme, Ascoli Piceno.

The location is perfect — tucked away from the Adriatic Sea and not too far from Offida. It’s ideal if you’re looking for peace and quiet to recharge, away from the city and everyday stress. The staff on site were welcoming and friendly — always smiling and available if any issues came up. The pool is a real highlight, and being able to relax on the upper terrace while enjoying a beautiful sunny evening was a lovely bonus.

It's the perfect place to stay if you're visiting Offida; in its own little piazza with the main piazza less than a minute from the front door. Not only was it spotless, the interior design is beautiful. There's a balcony off one bedroom with wonderful views, and a little garden downstairs, off the kitchen, for when you want to be outside, but at home. The hosts are wonderful and very helpful.
