Hi guys, so to start with - Alex is amazing host. Was super easy to check inn and check out - I was given all of the needed information from food delivery to extra discounts :)) so what you get in the middle of the mountain - is TOP NOTCH. I was willing to leave such comment as it was an amazing stay. We literally woke up being in a cloud. But there was additional thing - While traveling I did lose one of my ear rings, I did contact the places we stayed all of them have answered - That there was nothing found. I d understand - the earring is super tiny, but it holds a very special place ijn my heart as it was a gift from someone I no longer see. Within 4/5 days - I do receive Alexs message saying - maybe thats your earring? it was found in the loundry room- by one of the team members. THIS IS SOMETHING YOU CANT BUY - the CARE before you arrive, while you are there & even wen you are long gone.. THANK YOU. For an amazing stay in the cloud. For You being like family. And for caring and doing that extra extra mile. Eveyone should experience that terrase and that view at leaste once <3
