Our host Sarà was super kind and welcomed us with great hospitality. She was very helpful also and gave us fantastic tips about the area. The place has a pool and a beautiful, peaceful garden where you can rest or do some exercise if you'd like to. Our room was comfortable, was cleaned daily and had a nice view. We were provided a delicious, Italian styled breakfast every day with strong coffee which were included in the price. There is no end of the list of nice things we've experienced there really. This was our favourite accommodation so far during our stay in Italy.

Heartily recommended. I went to Oriolo to check on some of Cinema Paradiso's locations and found myself unknowingly amist local festivities that'll stay with me for a while - straight out of a film too! The B&B was great, as was the room - as spotlessly clean as I have encountered - and the host was extremely nice and helpful. Would, will, definitely book again.

Delizioso prima colazione!! Everything was tasty, fresh, and served with a smile. I have rarely eaten such an abundant and refined breakfast. From the height of the toilets, to the nightlight in the shower (you can choose your own color), the bed, the pillows, the mosquito netting on the door and windows, the kettle and fridge in the room, the fresh flowers, the high quality bathrobes (Frette!), the easy flowing body lotion, the perfect pool and jacuzzi temperatures, and to top it all, the rooms have double doors so clients never hear any noise from their neighbours...amazing! I was particularly impressed by the fact that the toilet brushes were black, so much more discreet. I'd never seen them before. The staff, Elena, Julia, Magdalena, as well as the owner and her son, bravo! And Elisabetta, who is specialized in Japanese Kobido face massages, which was a novelty for me is amazing. What a treat, and how utterly relaxing. Monica, the owner, spoiled us rotten with fabulous home-cooked dinners every evening (exceptionally, because my husband is quite old), and I will miss her delicious food. I can't wait to go back to this hidden gem and cannot recommend it enough.

Stayed for a day with our two children. Impeccably clean family room, with views over the Lake Bracciano and swimming pool with relaxing area. Very good restaurant and amazing waiter Sergio who knows what a great customer service means. The front desk staff were fantastic friendly and helpful, responsive and proactive. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends and family!
