We had a lovely time. The location was optimal as it is close to the main street to get to the beach. There is 24h check-in service, and the staff were super friendly. The room itself was very good, nothing to complain about. One of the comfiest beds I have personally ever experienced in a hotel, functioning hair dryer included, and the AC worked flawlessly. Working Smart TV and Wi-Fi included in the room as well. The breakfast (which was included in our booking) had good variety and was extremely tasty. In addition, a Late check-out is included (12.00 at the time of out booking), giving time to properly sort luggages while not feeling in a rush to leave. Overall, I would recommend it !!

The property is very clean, nice, it has a MARVELOUS view of the fields, even the sea! the view is much better than from the Giardini Piazza, they have it decorated tastefully, and they are great hosts. Great location on top of a hill overlooking the whole of Central Marche. The rooms are cozy and well equipped with everything necessary. Breakfast is superb, both for its location in a panoramic detached building surrounded by the countryside and for the quality and variety of the offer. The owner makes wonderful olive oil that can be bought for a reasonably good price (the region is known for the quality of oil production). Osimo is a nice, completely walled town that features nearly 3,000 years of history, starting with the tunnels dug beneath its historical center by the "Piceni", the early-historic, pre-Roman populace of the region.
