Hotel location is super. One of the few options in Chiavari that is modern and practically brand-new. Lovely views of the sea and the Portofino Bay, spacious rooms and balconies. Super helpful and nice staff and very rich breakfast. Almost perfect

A wonderful hotel with history. The highest level of service, attention and attitude towards clients. Yes, the hotel may have some imperfections in the decoration of the rooms - it is not new, but it definitely has the spirit of the old school five-star luxury hotels that you feel when you cross the threshold. Classic disign, paintings on the walls, waiters in the white uniform... For us - we really liked everything - the quality of the room, the bed, the view, the service. Very tasty breakfast. Well equipped gym, heated pool. Free parking. Will return here again with great pleasure.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Very close to the old harbor and the Basilica. The rooms are very comfortable and fully equipped. The staff is vey friendly and always prepared to help. We had a lovely stay and would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Absolutely everything was fantastic. The staff are incredibly friendly. The breakfast spread was excellent - freshly baked cake every day, croissants, fruit, breads, cheeses, meats, cereals and coffee from a machine. The afternoon apperitivos are very reasonably priced with good snacks. The room was very clean and smelled great. I was in a small double room facing the railway which could be very loud but closing the window blocked out all of the noise. Great location - walking distance to both the Lavagna and Chiavari train stations, the ocean right outside and lots of restaurants nearby. Safe location for a solo female. Highly recommend staying here.

What an amazing Hotel, tucked away in beautiful serene surroundings. The gentleman and the receptionist were so helpful and guided us to where we wanted to go. Our room was beautiful, clean and the view was spectacular. We were amazed by the professionalism and kindness of all the staff. Beautiful location and value for money.
