Breakfast was fantastic everything you would want..the room was good for a few nights..the receptionist during the day was fantastic my husband was pic pocketed and she tried to help us phone to Canada as we were in Italy..very much appreciated all her help especially as we used her private phone as ours was also stolen so close to train station

Awesome hotel in the very heart of Parma. Our room had a terrace with amazing view on local roofs. Extra clean room with spacious bathroom. Small fridge in the room in case you need. We didn't take breakfast, but there are plenty of local places to eat nearby. The hotel has own parking but in case you didn't book it beforehand you can use parking service - they take your car and return once needed, costs 25 euro per day. Staff were friendly and helpful.
