Very friendly and attentive hosts. Excellent breakfast with lots of fruits and home baked pastries! Lovely rooms, bed was very comfortable. Close to the wonderful beach. 5 minutes by car. We highly recommend this peaceful place! We come back.

It was really lovely and we were amazed by host. They were really helpfull and appartment was very clean and beautifull. We would recommend to everybody to stay here while in Tuscany. Great views and close to sea. Beautifull old town Capalbio. We will get back here for sure!

Beautifully thought out spaces. Well decorated rooms, felt like I was sleeping in a Pinterest board. It really made me relaxed. The hosting was the best I’ve had in Italy to date, caring and helpful hosts. Truly made me feel like I was home and welcome in their space. If I can be I will be back.

It is a lovely place and has wonderful hosts - elegant, pleasant rooms located in a wonderful garden, very well-kept space around, beautiful plants. We are very pleased. To come across such a place is truly exceptional luck. Delicious breakfasts, prepared by the hostess. Cakes, fruit, cold meats - all very good. The hostess is very nice, she doesn't speak English, but that's not a minus 😊 I definitely recommend it.

The hotel is as beautiful as in the pictures. The pool was open and everything was very clean. The staff helped with what was needed and was very nice. Breakfast was good. We took the kitchen and it helped us a lot and was excellent. Thank you.

A small town with all the amenities, located in a quiet...

A small town with all the amenities, located in a quiet countryside setting, close to a free, well-equipped beach and crystal-clear sea. Regarding the villa where we stayed, there's nothing to complain about: a beautiful, well-equipped, and very clean house with a large, well-kept garden. A very quiet location. I'd definitely return!

A pleasant place for those seeking tranquility, with access...

A pleasant place for those seeking tranquility, with access to the beach within the WWF oasis. The beaches are always windy. The town is very small, with only a supermarket, a gas station, and a pharmacy. For evening strolls, head to Montalto di Castro, where there's a bit of life.

The location is close to beautiful beaches and Capalbio.

The location is close to beautiful beaches and Capalbio. There are restaurants nearby. We dined at two restaurants in Montaldo di Castro (a town near Pesca Romana) and several in Capalbio. A quiet spot that I highly recommend.

It's a small, typical Italian town with a few shops,...

It's a small, typical Italian town with a few shops, restaurants, and other everyday necessities. Don't expect too much. The main focus is on swimming and sunbathing. Excursions into the hinterland are a must, and the town is well-suited for this, as it's located directly on the Via Aurelia.
